Product arrived opened
When I opened the package, the box containing the product was all shredded and ripped. The screws and other hardware were scattered all over and one of the screws is missing. Very poorly put together.

I got a returned product. There is no user’s menu. No tools. It is not in the display box. Good product, but not handled right.

Not impressed with the quality!
This bar is too light and made very cheap. I don't see it lasting very long on any door even with very light use. I install a lot of bars and I thought I would try this bar. what a mistake!!!I did even bother to install as it would not last and withstand any abuse! Don't recommend. The price point should have given me a clue!
