3MPro-Pak Aluminum Oxide Paint and Rust Removal Sandpaper, 9 in. x 11 in., 100 Grit, 25-Sheets

i finally got the 25 sheets that ordered but, they are what i needed to sand my truck

We've used this to sand down parts of our house's wood siding that had some rot. It took the layers of paint off and wore down the rotted wood nicely, with little effort. Made for a nice surface for wood restore and fresh paint. We used a simple handled sheet holder to expedite the process. We'd recommend using something similar with this. This is a great value compared to some of the other options out there!

Product description had some conflicts and contradictions, but the price was right so I took a chance. This is authentic, made in Canada, 3M, 100 Grit, 9" x 11", 228mm x 279mm, all purpose, sandpaper in a cardboard package (3M Pro-Pack) containing -25- individual sheets. It is an aluminum-oxide abrasive with a resin coating that is said to outlast ordinary glue-board paper. There is no Alpha Designation (e.g.: A - F) on this pack - it is not rated as C or D which is what I was looking for, but it is useful for wood and metal sanding complimenting my random orbital sander, for around the house work. The 3M Website rates the Abrasive Backing Weight as 'C' with grit of medium size - this seems to fit the product received from Amazon. Shipping and handling was all well done, arrived on time, and as expected.

Works fine, arrived well packed, it's 3M, so it is a consistent quality.

Using this sandpaper for sanding a beveled edge on mesquite wood floor planks prior to laying the floor. This paper is thick and holds up to sanding the mesquite. Great buy.

Best sandpaper I have ever used. Will never use those cheap worthless common brands again.

These are a great value and are surprisingly durable. I highly recommend this over the higher cost boutique label sandpapers. The sheets last a long time, when they start to go - just chuck them out! The price is quite reasonable so you have no fear of stretching each sheet to its total utility.

Great sandpaper, worked great on an endgrain cutting board I made out of cherry and maple. I look forward to using it on the next project. Seemed to cut through the wood and smooth it out very well on both my 1/4 sheet sander and the few areas I did by hand. Would definitely recommend buying this over the box stores. It's the same stuff, this is just cheaper.

price is good, the quality is not ideal…. but what did i expect

I used it on metal surface, it made the job much easier. Excellent!

i bought a cheaper brand and was replacing the sandpaper after just a few minutes each - this paper is tough and doesn't tear so easily and is not much more than the cheap stuff

Refinished an oak kitchen table, no problems sanding off the old finish.
