The screen looks great and gives us that extra outdoor space to enjoy. We actually have a lanai in back, but the larger and additional space is a great addition for our family and cats. For added safety for my indoor only cats, we did have to use some reinforcements, because it is not meant to secure animals. I used additional push pins to attach long 1x1 pieces of wood to the bottom for added weight. One piece on each side fits perfectly and allows for the screen to open in the center. I use clamps to secure a couple of feet up the center. The magnets are great for everyday use, but animals and small children can easily let themselves out, and high winds can sometimes catch it. I had to remove the adhesive Velcro to have my house painted and attempted to put wax paper on the back, but it did not work. I have the screen attached with push pins only, and it stays in place. If you don’t prefer to use the Velcro, give it a go without! It’s great and durable for it’s intended use, and with minimal modifications is great for securing my cats.

My husband works on cars in the garage and is always eaten up by mosquitoes no matter what kind of bug spray he uses. Now he doesn't have to use any spray! We also bought one for the service door at the back of the garage to get a great cross-breeze through the garage. It's holding up well, even with a few strong storms.

After extensively reviewing available options I purchased (2) of these for my boyfriend for Father's Day for our garage. Simply put, they're PERFECT. The directions are clear, installation was easy and the quality is great! The only adjustment I plan to make is to the bottom center. We have a strong west wind that can occasionally blow the screen open. The magnets immediately re-engage & keep the screen closed but I plan to add some weight to the corners to minimize that.I would definitely recommend these screens!~ Amy Streeter Ackerson

Even though I took many measurements and tried to get it lined up before it was actually installed, I had to remove some of the velcro because it didn't fit where it should have. I purchased new velcro and got it lined up. It works fine now. Looks nice and keeps the bugs out!

I wasn't sure if this product would work as a screen for my garage when the door is open. It's perfect! Allows air to circulate through when working in the garage, and keeps out flying bugs. Install was easy and the black color looks great with my dark granite gray colored house siding. It's installed on a one car garage.

We’ve been using the garage bug magnetic screen for several years from different brand and this is the beat one by far. Other brands is exactly 17 feet wide which I think are too short. They barely fit when they are installed inside of my garage. The hassle of installing inside the garage door is I had to remove if I want to close the garage door. If I leave it on and close the garage door over it, the screen eventually rip. What’s nice about this brand is it’s about 17’ 4”. That extra 4 inches allowed me to install it on the outside of my garage which I don’t have to worry about taking it down every night and the garage door doesn’t come close to the screen to rip it and the magnet doesn’t stick to the metal garage door when I open it. The only issue I found is the tape doesn’t stay on as the sticky side doesn’t adhere to the garage frame as much. That was easily fixed with the included thumb tag. The other issue I think is the tape will pull some of your paint on the frame when you take it down in the winter but that’s not a big deal as you just touch up with some paint. The benefits are overwhelmingly out weigh those issues as we are able to limit the amount of bugs specially mosquitoes coming in our garage and house. This is by far the best net I’ve found and allow us to enjoy hanging out in our garage without the pests. Must have if you spend a lot of time in your garage.

The screen and magnet are great. Velcro hook & loop has good traction. I mounted this inside garage and built a frame as I did not want to use adhesive strips. Stapled top strip (included) to the frame. Next the sides were wider than the door by 3" to 5" each side. So I purchased separately, (2) 2" x 16' rolls of velcro and stapled hook side down the sides, then closed the screen mesh over them, and on top of that, laid another layer of loop over the screen, so the velcro connected with the screen in between, through the screen and it worked! Not as good or strong as hook & loop together (which I expected because I tested it with other velcro before ordering 2" rolls), but with the 2" width, it gave the hook & loop enough surface area to catch through the screen. It's working great keeping bugs and cats out of my garage ! Good product, fast delivery! Highly recommended as I researched first !

The media could not be loaded.  This 9x7 mesh garage screen delivers on what it promises. It absolutely keeps the bugs out and fresh air in. The Velcro strips to secure the mesh are quite sticky, however I chose to reinforce the top strip with several 1/2” screws to prevent the strip from eventually coming loose after repeated removal of the mesh. If you spend a lot of time in your garage, this is a must have. I highly recommend it!

Excellent product. Has been amazing so far

We use the screen on our gazebo. The dogs can go in and out with the magnets shutting behind them. Magnets are both strong but easy to open..I can get through even if my hands are full, but they stay closed during high winds. I bought a set for each side of a 10x10 foot gazebo. Perfect size and easy to put on. If you need to roll up the screens they’re even straps at the top to hold it in place very convenient
