God Exists (Not Mine, Not Yours) Paperback – March 3, 2017

The author covers both sides of the existence versus non-existence of God issue using a well thought-out exploration of the many opinions on it. Although the book is based on the author's decades-long path of exploration of this issue, the book is refreshingly up-to-date with references to the opinions of several people currently publishing their thoughts on books and internet venues. This book presents a new way of looking at the subject matter and is well worth reading!

As a devout Catholic I was very interested in reading a book written by my daughter in laws brother. I was very surprised that he had such doubts about his faith. But in the end I'm happy that he does believe there is a God. My faith remains as firm as always.

This book is about the experiences of a person’s fervent desire to make some sense of himself; who he is, where he is, and what he’s supposed to do, if anything at all. Through this premise he has explored many solutions and offers a description and critique of man’s attempts to solve this question, both in various forms of religion (mainly Roman Catholic) as well as atheism, with good and in depth information on each.

While I haven't finished the book yet, I find it interesting. The author has a direct writing style with a sense of brevity and common sense often lacking in books of this type. If you are an atheist who wants to understand theists - or at least their perspective, this is a great read. Opposite this, it's a solid read for those who are questioning their faith or want to understand faiths place in life. I had the opportunity to converse with the author and found him to be a thoughtful person as well, the book was a gift to me and I am thankful for it.
