Amazon's not very clear when products say no returns but I just want to correct an order: I finally got through to the product seller's customer service and they were helpful. So far I've used the rehabilitation trainer 5 times and it's simple to use. I hope it makes a difference to the disabled person I brought it for... let's see...

I had a stroke almost 5 years ago. Sadly my left side was badly paralysed. My hand over the years has badly contracted, this is uncomfortable and painful. The glove offers relief from contracture and with use has relieved the tight clawing of my hand, so that I can now massage my hand more easily. I ordered the wrong size glove at first but after just one email the company sent the correct size glove (foc) I am very pleased and impressed by customer service.

Been waiting for a long time to arrive plus when it did arrive it arrived broken it wouldn’t start and plus it said it was a medium gloves but it felt like it was extra small

My mother had a stroke about 9 months ago and once the physio help started to wain I looked for ways to improve her condition. The video and blurb sounded pretty convincing - re-establishing the neural pathways between hand and brain.This seemed like an expensive long shot but so far so good. This is week 3 I think - the first week was spent with my father mostly reading the instructions and not getting anywhere. Pleased to report that after only a couple of sessions she is starting to get tingling sensations in her hand which means that at least her brain and hand are starting to talk again. I am pretty sure that as long as she actually uses this device that she will gain movement back in her left hand. I'm hoping that win will motivate her to keep going and focus on full recovery - this seems like a country mile away at present but the mind is strong.I would recommend this - prompt delivery, excellently presented, well made and pretty simple to use. Make sure its the right size. Good luck!
