Great product
Used following a week’s antibiotics to get my multi- biome re-established. The gut being our 2nd brain!

They contain cows milk which is not clear on the ingredients and I'm lactose intolerant!

I am not sure whether to rate this either one or five stars. This is one of those products that you rate by absence rather than a noticeable benefit. I have religiously taken this product for two months and I have not noticed any change in my health or day-to-day experiences. As a result, I could say that this product does not do anything as evidenced by no visible, concrete benefit. But I have not noticed any ill effects of using this product. So having no visible benefit means that this product is probably superb and worthy of five stars. I have read that there are many benefits to prebiotics; this one appears to be representative of the class. Five stars seems reasonable.
