Ease of use and comes with a temp sticker for the bottle. Can add pressure to the stream as needed or let it flow via the valve on the bottom.

better design easy to use. less like to pop eardrum like squeeze bottle. can leave by sink and get shot on occasion. for a day or so..

I like this Waterpulse Nasal Irrigator Neti Pot and I recommend it for purchase. I’ve been using a Waterpulse Nasal Irrigator with a differently-shaped bottle since December, 2020. I like the indentations on the bottle with this one, but it’s pretty similar to my old one. I like that it comes with 30 saline packets that I already know I like. Though my preferred saline packets are NeilMed. The design of these Waterpulse Irrigators makes it easier for me than the old-style Alladin’s Lamp profile. You do have to hold down the button to get water-flow on this one, so people with arthritic hands take note. But I credit my daily Neti pot usage for helping me successfully avoid respiratory viruses.I got my first Neti pot, one that looks like an Alladin’s Lamp, at my doctor’s office years ago. I talked to another doctor who said he saw patients with colds and flu, but he never caught their viruses, because he regularly used a Neti pot. I just used mine with tap water and table salt for years until I ordered a similar Waterpulse Nasal Irrigator on Amazon in late 2020, that came with saline packets, as this one does. It was when I shopped for more saline packets that I really learned I had been doing it wrong. I delved deeper and found that there’s an optimal salinity you get with the right amount of water to your saline packet. And I started buying gallons of distilled water and heating it in the microwave, instead of using tap water.If you suffer from sinusitis, there are additional helpful treatments. Peppermint essential oil around the nostril openings is great. Just be ready to ready to wipe it off with a soapy washcloth or paper towel, as it will give an intense burning sensation if you use too much. Eucalyptus essential oil on a tissue, inhaled, is another method. The book “Sinus Survival” by Dr. Robert Ivker may help give you insight into root causes of your sinusitis. You might not buy into everything in the book, but you may find valuable information there. The book suggests dairy products are a main culprit. I had much more regular, severe sinusitis before my doctor used an elimination diet to determine allergies/sensitivities to dairy and gluten. In addition to the neti pot, an urgent-care physician clued me that Flonase or its generic, can be very helpful as a rescue, when I get the beginnings of sinusitis. Using it once or twice usually reduces the inflammation sufficiently to avoid progressing to acute sinusitis. Good luck with your sinus issues.

This 300 ml neti pot is super easy to use, and it's great for clearing out my nasal passages so that I can breathe easier when I go to sleep at night. There are instructions on how to use it printed right on the package, but because of the package design, the instructions are much easier to read after both ends of the package are cut off and the contents removed, which allows the package to lie flat. This neti pot comes with the plastic bottle, two plastic irrigating tips (one child, one adult), and 30 packets of nasal rinse (2.7 g per packet). The instructions say to empty a saline packet into the bottle and pour in 37 degree C (98.6 F) water. There is an adhesive Centigrade strip included that can be attached to the bottle so I can tell when the water is at the right temperature. The strip says 36-38 degrees is okay to use. I find it easier to pour in hotter water and let it cool down to the right temperature (per the temperature strip on the bottle) before I use it rather than trying to heat the water to exactly 36-38 degrees C before I pour it in. Once my head is tilted over a sink or in the shower and the irrigating tip is in place blocking the elevated nostril, I just push the valve button to start the water flow. It flows in through the elevated nostril, up through the nasal passages, and out the other nostril, rinsing everything clean along the way. I am very impressed with just how thorough this rinse is and what a huge improvement it makes in the quality of my breathing. I consider this neti pot a good value and a huge benefit to me, and I'm glad I ordered it.

I am allergic to everything and live on a farm with lots of dogs and cats. A friend recommended I try this but I couldnt find it anywhere. So happy to have found it online. This little bottle saves me. It just flushes out your sinuses and clears out the dust and pollen that makes your nose tickle and your sinuses fill up. Such a simple, easy and quick solution. No drugs required. Just do it when you first feel your allergies acting up. Follow the directions carefully. I use it in the spring and summer when everything is blowing around outside and all winter when I am locked in the house all day.

Gerade gekommen und ausprobiert. Schein eine Luxusausgabe der Nasentusche zu sein, obwohl es die billigste war, die ich beim schnellen Durchgucken der verschiedenen Duschen finden konnte. Man kann einen kleinen Aufkleber rauftun, der zeigt, ob das Wasser zu kalt oder zu warm ist...Man muss genau hingucken, scheint aber zu funktioniren. Es gibt auch kein Loch zum Zuhalten, um das Wasser vom Laufen zu hindern, bis man es an die Nase hält. Es gibt aber hinten ein Ventil mit einer Feder. Die Nasendusche ist immer zu, bis man das Ventil drückt..... Zwei verschiedene Nasenaufsätze sind mit bei. Wie lange die Dusche hält, weiss ich natürlich noch nicht. Ich werde sehen. Bin aber nach Erstgebrauch sehr zufrieden.

Facile da utilizzare ed efficacissimo. Se fatto nei primi giorni in cui ci si rende conto di essere un po' raffreddati aiuta a prevenire e magari si riesce ad evitare il raffreddore vero e proprio. Quando invece il naso è già tappato, con due o tre volte al giorno, aiuta a dormire meglio senza dover usare spray decongestionanti che fanno malissimo alla mucosa nasale e, se in un primo momento liberano il naso, dopo un po' tendono a farlo bloccare in un circolo vizioso fastidiosissimo. In sostanza penso che questa sia forse la migliore alternativa naturale. Questo prodotto in particolare è realizzato bene e da anche un po' di bustine di sale (specifico per lavaggi nasali) in omaggio.
