Works well battery has been lasting a long time , very easy to use it’s comfortable in my hand and it feels like a quality piece it has some weight to it comes in a cool color packaged nicely comes with a case and a sleeve for the pen. Grabbed it on sale so I couldn’t beat the price with all the attachments. Would recommend this to anyone

I was going in for micro needling once each month, spending almost $200 each time. I bought this as well as a bottle of pure hyalauronic acid and have the exact same results. I don’t numb my face, I just endure the pain, but if you have a low pain tolerance, it may be good to buy some numbing cream.

I tried it once for now, started with the nano cartridges, super easy to use and I ve noticed a difference already, can’t wait to use the other ones.

The A6s is a good, deeper penetrating pen. The cartridges for it are also very plentiful, and their prices are about half of other pens. You can use it with the battery, or you can leave it plugged into the wall during use. Some feel that leaving it plugged in during your session gives it more consistent power. I also like the grip on this pen. The dial is not in your hand’s way either, so that you don’t adjust the depth of the needles without knowing it. From what I understand the new pens have a stronger motor, and the cartridges have a feature which doesn't allow any product to flow back into the pen. I guess this could be damaging over time. Also, the lower pen length settings are not as well marked on this pen. The newer one, like the M8S, has markings all the way down to .25 mm. Therefore, I think either pen will perform as advertised, but I think the M8S is geared more to cosmetic (or less invasive) needling, and the A6S more for producing collagen and going to the deeper layers of the skin.

I love the Dr pen. It works so well and I love the different settings on the pen. It’s so easy to use.

I am a beginner and I found this pen really simple to use. It works great, holds a.charge for a long time. I've only used it twice so I haven't seen results yet.
