Really good cage
This cage is a really nice environment for my syrian hamster she loves it and so do I the only problem Is that is has 1 less tube but that didn't affect me of the hampster overall a great cage.

Hamster cage
Who is very difficult to put together. I didn’t like them anyway, because the hamster slept in the mist in them and made a lot of mess so have to remove them and see levels in cages. A lot better now and I had to buy a brand-new wooden house as you know, because you refuse to use a silly little plastic thing, not big enough for a big hamster

This cage is awful for any type of hamsters,
I got this cage for a Russian dwarf hamster it came back with 2 missing tubes, bottle leaking, broken house, missing tube clips, very difficult to clean can’t get the top lair out to clean it and more. do not recommend for any type of hamsters

Great for daughters Syrian hamster, may need a bigger wheel as Syrians will grow out of supplied one quickly

Part missing .
We have ordered this item and when we assembled it , one of the plastic tubes ( pipe ) was missing .. it was supposed to be 13 tubes and it came with 12 tubes and we struggled to assemble it .customer services is not great !When I said it’s not matching the description of the picture on Amazon . The customer service emailer .. was rude saying it matches the picture ! like I was wrong ! . :/ .. and not worth for a headache. overall , the item looks good .
