Bought this as a gag gift as I work in aviation and it ended up being a hit.

I didn’t feel like this was baby toddler friendly. Edges seemed to sharp. I thought a child might poke his eye with the wings. I returned it.

The unique shape takes some getting used to holding. The spoon part itself is a good shape and softly round.

Sturdy, easy to clean, lots of fun.

The media could not be loaded. I got this spoon to encourage my three-year-old daughter to eat certain foods. I use it only occasionally when I need to encourage her to eat. The spoon fits very well in her mouth, it is the perfect size for kids. It is made of high-quality stainless steel and it is easy to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher. The wings of the spoon are rounded at the edges and they are not sharp, but I think it is not completely safe to let a child use this spoon unsupervised. Therefore, I hold the spoon myself to feed my daughter. The spoon is useful and I will keep it to feed my newborn son too in the near future!

This spoon is very, very cute. It’s perfect for anyone in aviation. The problem I have with it is the bowl is too big. It’s much too big to feed a baby and it’s pretty big for a toddler, and if the child is starting to hold their own spoon, the wings may get in the way. However, I think it would make an awesome condiment spoon for anyone who loves airplanes. That’s what I’m going to use it for!
