As soon as I brought the package inside, Buddy just knew it was for him! I couldn't get it out of the box or the plastic fast enough! He sleeps in this house all the time and if any of our other animals get near, he throws a fit! Durable, soft, cozy and warm!

I received an email before I got the product and they suggested to wait 1-2 days for the form to popped up in full shape. And zip the zipper from outside. I followed their instructions and I had no problem at all. I’m happy with the purchase.

The whole soft dog house part is great, but the bottom is very flimsy, so if your dog is a digger he may tear it or roll it. I removed the pillow it came with added a square bed I had and now it has the right support and still light, it's perfect now. I expected a little more support like a hard board base and a better quality pillow for the money paid, but for my purposes it was so far worth it.

Right before I received my cozy dog house I received a email letting me know that it might take a day or two for it to fully fill out. Well, when I received it it was pretty flat from the packaging. So a little trick that might help others out that I did. I put the dog house in the dryer and put it on hot and left it in the dryer for about 20 minutes. It inflated great and I didn’t have to wait for it a day or two. My 10 week old yorkie loves it. It’s perfect for her.

From the start, the zipper system for the front and back are crap, could barely zip it up, and I can guarantee that it won’t come unzipped without doing damage to the item. It looks like someone sent me a “Nailed It” version of the item. The soft outer shell is dropping and caving in on itself like a kids bouncy gym that has the air compressor turned off. Maybe the smaller ones work better for this kind of material, but the large is poorly done. Save yourself the money, the disappointment and your dog’s judgement from receiving this shapeless blob of a bed/house

My Frenchie jumped ON it squished it totally flat and attempted to eat it!!So hopefully your dog would act right and go INTO it instead.. otherwise I'm sure I would've loved it

Easy to wash and clean

So NOT sure if I have to wait for the structure to inflate by itself fully or if this is truly a faulty manufacturing issue. Some reviews with pictures show that the dome is fully shaped and sturdy (seems like if you bought a smaller sized version), but then for the larger size version, the roof doesn't take its full shape and if my dog leans to one side the whole house tilts. My dog isn't used to it and doesn't seem to be a fan, but I don't think I'll return it because I want her to go into this and not under my bed when she wants to bury herself somewhere dark. So I'm hoping this is a good enough investment. (FYI: my dog is a Shiba Inu and weighs 35lbs. I bought the Size XL. The measurements for the item are correct. The picture doesn't show it but it's pretty decent sized for a medium-sized dog like mine. If you have a denser dog, this will not hold up, unless your dog is comfy and doesn't seem to care if the house droops.

Je l ai reçu très rapidement.L emballage est "sous vide". pour mon yorkshire 6livres, j ai pris le S c est très bien, j ai dézipé le zipper du contour pour lui faire plus d espace pour rentrer, c est parfait.La seule chose le coussin n est pas très épais, mais il est doux.
