Had to saw the right side of the protective pad to fit my sx2. Wasn't going to force my controller in to fit. Trimmed it a bit and now it fits like a glove. Maybe this one was built wierd because others claim theirs fit as intended. Still would buy this again because its great quality.

First let me start by saying i own 4 other Odyssey road cases so i know what the quality is supposed to be like.This case may work for the other models listed but I would avoid at all costs if you're buying it for an SX3. The funny part is this is the only case Odyssey makes for the SX3. Maybe i got a factory defective one but needless to say this thing is getting returned the same day it was delivered.The first issue? I had to wedge my SX3 into the controller slot. It did not just fall in snug. And when i say i had to wedge it. I mean I had to put one end in and then force the other end down into the foam.The second issue?The foam inserts that are for the top of the controller to stay snug when the laptop shelf is closed aren't even the right size. The 2 side foam pieces are cut at weird angles and when inserted don't even make contact with the shelf. The big block piece that is supposed to sit in the middle. It is so short there's an inch gap between the foam and the shelf.The Third issue?The V cut out for the front of the case is so loose that when the whole case is locked up I can actually push the v section into the case.

Odyssey flight cases are the standard by which others are judged.Whoever I was sent a used case that had sawdust and tobacco in it. Dented metal, nicked metal, foam inserts with torn off Velcro, misding cable hole coversIf I didn't have an immediate need I would have returned it.Used item in good shape missing pieces is NOT a new item

I like it a lot, just pretty heavy to carry with the controller in it.
