I’m so glad I found these banana hair clips! I have curly/wavy hair, and these clips actually hold everything in place without flattening my curls or making it look too tight. I love using them for ponytails—they give a longer, looser look that still feels totally secure.The overall style is so much more romantic than a regular hair tie, and they’re super comfortable to wear all day. Hold long hair really well.
I really like these clips. It did take a little practice to get them in my hair correctly. They hold my hair slightly away from my head which keeps me cooler. The matte finish is also nice. I wish there was a greater range of light and medium colors, but will keep and eye out and hope my favorite colors show up.

sturdy, but only good for heavy hair, mine is fine and thin. Would not stay in place

Well made, however, I have fine long hair and I notice that throughout movement this will turn on its side and so it doesn’t have the cute 80s effect as it should. It may be more effective for shorter, or lighter styles.

These didn’t work well for my hair, but I have super fine hair so maybe that’s why?
