Really love this. I tried another one recently that did not cut hair smoothly. Noise level is still a bit much for my dog but it's impossible to have one that is silent. Overall it's great and not heavy and cuts smoothly.

This has a charging voltage of DC5V or 1000mA. It comes with a rechargeable battery that's 3.7V. It takes about 3.5 hours to fully charge and be ready to use and only used 7W of power. This uses a safer blade to allow you to cut their paw fur without cutting or harming their pads. It is suitable for cats, small pets or small dogs, and for professionals for trimming rump, paw hair, face hair, ear hair, etc. It is not suitable for large dogs or full body trims. The media could not be loaded.  We have a long haired ragdoll cat. He has really thick long hair and he tends to get dreadlocks a lot on his chest and belly. This has been amazing for these quick little jobs where I need to remove the dreadlocks from the base. It doesn’t hurt or scare him and I dont have to stress about plugging it in. There is a led light at the end which is really helpful when trimming sensitive places like paws, butt and ears. There is also a uv that is for looking and checking for skin problems. I wasn’t sure this would be useful but I have been using to comb through underneath his skin where he had some scabs and scratches himself and it has really cleared up for the most part.

This is nice for cutting the hairs on my dogs feet but its a little dull. It takes a few times of going over the hair to get it all. But other than that it works good.

I used this to trim my dog's paws. I first trimmed what i could with my regular trimmer and then used this small trimmer. It worked great. The head was small enough for my small dog's paws. I can imagine it being even more maneuverable on a big dog's paws.The UV light was a plus. Also, the fact that it had light was perfect. It would have been harder to trim without the light already there.

Works well only if you can get your pup still. It's a bit louder than expected, but it does it's job.
