Easy to use

Love the size and how easy muffins and egg bites are to remove from the pan. Clean up is easy - no sticking, no edges for food to get caught in. I just put them on a cookie sheet to make them more stable to move in and out of the oven. Great purchase.

I have several other silicone muffin tins, and this one is much more flimsy than the others. I understand it is flexible, but this is too much, and more difficult to manage once it is filled with batter. Also, I wanted a large muffin size, and this is larger than a regular, but my others produce a wider, and more appealing muffin. I would not buy this one again, but that is a personal choice.

I use these with jumbo liners. Heat seems to transfer well to the base of the muffins. Cooked muffins release easily by pushing up from the bottom of the tray or just pulling the liner up.Any batter that cooks on the tray can be soaked and blasted off with hot water.
