I’ve had this for a while and just got the courage to use it because I thought it would hurt. I have olive skin and have had no sensitivities to it. In the 5 weeks I have used it so far I haven’t noticed any redness in areas of use. I use the regular setting but there are two other settings for sensitivity.I’ve been using this for 5 weeks and have definitely noticed lesser hair. I do the sides of my face, chin, neck, legs and arm pits and it probably takes me less than 10 minutes. There can be a smell of burnt hair if you don’t shave the area prior.It’s easily hand held but I have found for me it’s not as ergonomic when I’m doing my legs as opposed to my face, but still very easy to use.

(Long review..sorry) So I have PCOS like many many others. The chin hairs...OMG those damn chin hairs! Shaving, plucking etc. About 15 yrs ago I had professional laser treatment and that lasted for about a yr before those buggers came back. Like all of us, I have been so self conscious of my shin stubble. The shaving and plucking cause irritated skin/redness etc. Miserable. So I decided to try this even though I cringed a bit at the cost. The pictures here are 8 wks apart (side view and under the chin) - week one was late that first evening even after I had shaved that morning. Week 8 photos are taken on a sun night and I haven't shaved since Saturday morning!! Yes, there is still dark stubble but no where near like before and it has been about 36 hrs since a shave vs maybe 10 hrs!! I have also used this on my underarms/bikini area and seen a difference there as well - I have not used on legs. Even if I don't see all the chin hair gone by the 12 week mark, I am still quite pleased with this. The whole process on the chin takes about 2 minutes and it does feel a bit warm but not HOT. The only warning I have is be super careful around any tattoos or dark spots. I accidently caught the mole under my chin (slight ouch) and the edge of a tat on my ankle when I thought I would do my legs - BIG ouch!! Tat blistered right up for about 2 weeks and that first 24 hrs felt like that area was being bit by dozens of ants. Also i didnt really notice any difference till around the 3-4 week mark. Anywho..yep, still shaving daily but no more of that heavier stubble by evening - i am excited to see what continued use shows. So.....if you have PCOS and those nasty chin hairs - try this and I hope it works well for you!!

I have very fair skin and after only 2 sessions I noticed a hair reduction in armpits and in the bikini area. Unfortunately, the third time I tried to use it, the device didn't longer emit flashes, but when I pressed the button I could only hear a ticking sound. Since it wasn't even a month after delivery, I was able to return it, otherwise I would have wasted almost $400! I definitely won't buy it again, given other reviews reporting the same problem. Very disappointed!

I bought it in July. I was weary at first so it took me a couple weeks to use it. Does it hurt? Yes and no. You MUST shave first. It does give a slight shock/burn sensation when you hit the button. It's hard to describe. Not really painful and def not as painful as a wax. Unless you hit hair. Then it's like a really hot lighter burn (it will singe the hair). I think skin color makes a difference too. The first time I used it I drew guide lines with a light brown brow liner. It was fine. The next week I used black cuz I couldn't find the brown and it hurt much worse. The result was a terrible stich like burn pattern (pictured). It is fading slowly 😣.It definitely works. I noticed less hair regrowth right away. I dont use it as recommended but after 5-6 uses I am staying hair free for a few more days after shaving and using it. The treatment area is small and it's easy to leave gaps (pictured). The surprise benefits for me are that it somehow also helps prevent and treat the horrible painful razor burn I get after shaving. The only thing that worked before was waxing. So it's definitely a win for me. 100% would recommend if shaving is painful for you.

I can't get the rapid fire setting to work and it takes a while for it to work. Did not see results after 6-8 weeks of weekly use.

Really truly amazing results, backstory I have had issues with my facial hair since I was a teenager, so about 27 years. I would wax for several of those years, and I had Lazer treatment that cost me over $700 for 12 treatments, as that is all I could afford at the time. This did in fact work but I needed to have a couple more sessions to have this completely gone. By the time I could afford it price went up to over 1000. So for the past several years I just would just pluck my face clear it once a week. I saw this product thought I would give it a try and by the 3rd week I had already noticed a big difference. I am 8 weeks in and OMG crazy how well this has worked for me. Does not hurt u feel a sting every now and then but that is a good sign, that it got that one hair follicle. The price I paid vs what the clinics offer is well worth buy this it for sure. I have no pictures cause I was doubtful going in. So happy I was proven wrong love this !!
