Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, US Version, 128GB, Phantom Gray - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

I was a bit nervous when I purchased this phone because I feel like you never know what you are going to get with a refurbished device. However I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased this for mine 13 year old daughter who has a habit of losing her phones. So we didn't want to have anything too expensive but we definitely needed it to be functional. It looked like new and despite having a battery that runs out a little faster than normal it worked perfectly.

I bought this product used and I have no regrets. It’s working perfectly. The price was reasonable

I will leave my previous review elow this edit. I have changed my review to 1 star due to the fact that the phone hut 60 days and booted me off my network. T mobile is getting new right, like I should of done in the first place. Listen to your phone carrier, they aren't lying when they say this is a 50/50 shot at a good phone or a soon to be locked phone.I ordered this device on a Sunday and it came by Wednesday. I was a little skeptical of buying a refurbished device but with the return policy I figured I couldn't really be at a loss if it worked well or just return it if not. I noticed they noted to expect 80% of the original battery health, very happy to say my excellent category device claims in the system that its battery is of 97% so this is really like a brand new phone. I do have t mobile and that is who this particular device through this seller is for but I had no issues with transferring data and transferring the sim. Almost gave up as the first time I did not succeed. Took sim out and played with it in the tray and then inserted it again and functional as it should. Granted I went from an s9 to the 21 but I really feel as if I just got a bigger and better screen as well as a way faster phone and not in a bad way just very relative to an s9. The finger scanner works great until you add a protector then it's not even worth the effort of cramming your finger in to the screen. All in all I am happy with my new to me phone and hope I don't have to come back and edit this review. Hope this helps of you're pondering this device. Very easy and cheap way for your upgrade

***11/10/23 Update*** Took one star off due to issues with android auto. The cord I received with the phone DOES NOT work with android auto, car screen just says "reading usb" and then eventually kicks me off android auto. Tried an old Samsung cord I had from an old phone that works but it does seem very sensitive and loses connection to android auto - not sure if that's an issue with the port itself? *****I needed a replacement phone quickly due to the screen going out in my trusty old S10 but didn't want to pay $1000 for a new phone so I was looking to get used/refurbished. I was skeptical with some of the negative reviews for the condition of the phones but I am SO happy with my purchase so far. The phone was delivered on time and packaged very securely and with protective stickers. Came with a Samsung charger that looks new. The phone is in EXCELLENT condition, literally looks brand new. There is a hairline little scratch on the screen you can barely see which I'm going to cover with a screen protector anyways. Phone was at 82% when it arrived. Booted up, put sim card in, working like a charm! So far SO GOOD! Less than $250 for a nice like new upgrade from the S10. If you are on the fence - BUY IT! I can't believe I've ever paid so much for new phones from the cellular company. Probably never will again!

First off, I am very picky and overthink any purchases. Making a decision to buy a reburbished phone was a difficult one. After lots of research, I chose the "excellent condition" S21. It was definitely in excellent condition with one little scratch along the side corner of the phone that is barely noticeable. I bought a new case, and it's completely covered. Everything else is 100% flawless. I'd consider this phone beyond excellent condition. I would most definitely recommend.

Unfortunate that many of the criticism is based on the device and not the reseller.This device arrived 5 days earlier than expected. Which is insanely quick and I really appreciate. Reseller did use FedEx, which is a nightmare if you live in a major city. Made it a bit of an entire day errand just to get it in my hands. But that's on FedEx, not Re-Cell.The device is like bran new. No scratches, mint condition. The only work I can remotely tell was done on the charging port. Go figure, I have always had problems in that area with the galaxy series. Almost enough to switch to an IPhone, but ew IPhone, no thanks.The charging port probably won't last long, and by then it'll be too late to replace and I'll have to go back to wirelessly charging. But that's on the manufacturer. Re-Cell delivered on what they are able to do.It does note that the only thing included with this box is the charger. It has every appearance of the expensive brand version and not some cheap knockoff that'll stop working in a few weeks. That's great!It would have been nice to include a pin opener for a SIM card xfer. Though you either already have one with your current SIM or need to get a new SIM card which will include one. They just get lost so easily, again, would be nice but isn't expected.Overall, very satisfied. If anything arrises within the month, I'll try to work it out personally, before updating this. Otherwise, just assume that everything continued to work out great! Thank you!

Me agrada mucho el producto, lamentablemente en ésta segunda compra, tuve la fortuna que me llegara un producto en mal estado, lo cual no me agradó del todo en comparación de la primer compra que hice, el producto estuvo de maravilla.

El teléfono llegó en su caja original y antes de la fecha, el teléfono se ve como nuevo, no tiene ningún detalle, eso me sorprendió, le hice las pruebas que samsung te deja hacerle desde el teclado de marcacion y paso todas.El celular más bonito que he tenido y si es algo pequeño pero es de muy buen tamaño para usar con una mano.Soy de México y lo estoy usando con telcel, si viene desbloqueado para los que tienen sus dudas, no tuve ningún problemaEl único detalle, pero no se si sea porque es renovado o así salió el celular ya que solo tiene 4000mh, es que la pila si esta algo limitada, apenas me dura el día en un uso normal, así que tampoco es mucho problema si eres un usuario común

The media could not be loaded.  el teléfono venia super bien hasta que me pidió una actualización y ya no prendió la pantalla, el teléfono seguía sonando y vibrando pero nunca se encendió la pantalla, MAL PRODUCTO

La verdad esta como nuevo, sin detalles. Creo que es una muy buena inversión, lo compre a 10,400. Excelente 👌
