These door hangars were wonderful to use as advertisement for our community event. Having bought these separately, and then taken to a printer was much cheaper than buying them through the printing company.And the paper was firm enough to hang securely on the doorknob or mailbox flag.

The instructions for setting up the text and pictures on the door hanger was incomplete. We were never able to set it up as directed, as the background print could not be removed. Called the customer service number for support, and was given Eric, who was arrogant and not at all helpful. After many hours of working on the hang tags for an outreach program, we were finally able to place text on only one side, so we turned it around and put it through the printer twice. The template is faulty for this product and the customer service is too.

I am very disappointed with this product! I have to trash everything I printed as the cut out does not line up with the template. The paper is not as thin as cardstock, so forget about it staying on a door. Waste of money!

The template is 100% useless. You can't edit it nor use it at all. Customer support is horrible as well!

I was very disappointed with the paper stock. It is too flimsy to actually use on doors. As a real estate agent, using this product would not represent positively when door knocking. Wish I could return them. Oh well. Just another dud.
