Makes it way easier to drain compressor tank.
Quality well made, great value for money. Simple to install. No leakage, functions well.I would recommend, installing fitting into the tank first, then install the line. Additionally, Check and tighten the fittings, don’t expect them to be tight out of the package.

Fits my compressor fine.
Since the air drain relief valve is on the bottom of my “pancake” compressor (as it should be). Every time I would open the valve to let the air pressure and condensation out of the tank, it would blow dust, dirt and water all over me. I put this extended drain on the tank and the valve on the end and I can let the air pressure out pointing the drain away from myself

Should have done it sooner
I have been thinking about doing something like this for a very long time. I regret waiting so long! The drain that came on the compressor was a pain to get to underneath it, so I never checked it. Either from inconvenience or out of sight out of mind. This reaches out far enough that I mounted it to the frame for the wheels in the front. Now I see it and it's as easy as twisting the valve for a few seconds whenever I walk by. Would be perfect if it were a 12 in line, but 10 will do.

Does the job but the shut-off valve is finicky about sealing.
I like not having to stand on my head to open/close the drain valve anymore, but the shut-off valve has to be watched - it opens fine, but closing it doesn't guarantee a seal; you may have to fool with it. Don't turn it off while the compressor is running; you may think drain is turned off but may not hear the hiss that tells you it's not. The combo that works for me is to turn the valve fully off and then back it off a smidgen.

good upgrade
My upright compressor is in a closet and reaching the drain was nearly impossible. I wish I had purchased this when I bought the compressor.
