FunkoPOP 8 Bit: Stranger Things 4pk

I wasn't certain if I would like the look of these pixelated dust collectors, but now that I have them in my possession I can say that they are a nice addition to my Funko Pop Stranger Things collection. I think it helps that I have them displayed on my old school intellivision which really adds to the retro video game theme they are going for. The design isn't for everyone, and I think most people will either love them or hate them. I can say that these actually feel better made than your garden variety funko Pop, and are definitely heavier. This is likely because unlike other pops the heads do not swivel or move and are made from only 1 piece. My only criticism is that to pinch a few manufacturing pennies they don't come with any kind of base and are top heavy, making it easier for them to tip over if you display them outside of the box like I do (yeah yeah, I'm ruining the value by <gasp> opening them). For this reason, I am deducting one star from my review but can still recommend them if you are into this sort of thing.

My son asked for these exact ones and I was so happy with the price compared with what I found from other places. Happy son, happy mom!

This item is should have either an only at target sticker or special edition sticker, and it has neither; buy elsewhere!

It turned out a broken stick, the box was crushed. Too late to return but I want a refund.
