Happy to find a great stuffed Painted Bunting!!!

Looked like a real bird. Was soft and very well made. Purchased two of them. Both of my grandchildren loved them.

The media could not be loaded.  The painted bunting is so cute and colorful. Soft for little ones to hug and even take as a snuggly to bed. The sound is loud, clear, and very realistic . It repeats the call twice with each push on its back. I have bought several Wild Republic Audoban stuffed birds, with soundI'm going to surprise my little grandsons with them as a, "School's out for the summer "gift. Very pleased with them all so far. I'm sure my grandsons will love them.

This bird is absolutely beautiful, even better looking than the pictures. It is also very soft, and I was very excited when I opened it. However, my main reason for purchasing this item as a gift was the promise that it made bird sounds. Either it arrived with a dead battery, or the sound box is defective. I have pressed where it is indicated, I can hear and feel the click of the mechanism, but it doesn't make sound. This is supposed to be a Valentine's Day present and I am doubtful that I could return this and get a replacement here in time.

I’ve purchased other Audubon birds in the past as gifts and for myself. They are as accurate as a stuffed toy could be; lots of fun, and educational.

Got another bird one for my daughter, got this for my son. They're cute, soft and durable (as of now). Got one more for my nephew!

Sent to friend as a gift and she liked them. I never saw them in person though. Only problem, I had is one of them shipped 2 weeks after the first one. Bummer - I wanted them sent together!.
