I bought this brush as a replacement for an older one, the price was very competitive compared to high street stores and even supermarkets, big saving, works very well, very powerful and long battery life, I would recommend to use the proper replacement brush heads, the cheaper ones not very good, they often nip the cheek or lips, over all a good set and would recommend

I have long used Oral B electric toothbrushs but am disappointed with the battery life of my last one so decided to try a Sonic brush instead. These seemed quite well reviewed and reasonably priced. Compared to the Oral B I find that this brush cleans between my teeth more effectively, and that there's less food to remove with Tipi interdental sticks post brushing. I also feel that the brushing is less aggressive and kinder on my teeth. Overall I think my teeth feel cleaner. The roof of my mouth is a bit sensitive (ie it tickles) to the high vibration but I think I will get used to it. I really like the travel case and the way you can use it to charge the brush via a usb cable, great news when you cycle tour and want to minimise clutter. It was really frustrating to find that the 2 pin plug on my Oral B charger is not the same as a European 2 pin plug. One down side is that it's quite easy to accidentally turn the brush off. Not the end of the world but it resets the 2 minute timer. I have not used the UV cleansing feature. Overall the whole package seems well put together and reasonably priced.

Having battled with the idea of AquaSonic Black Pro and a Philips Sonicare for a while I went and purchased the Aquasonic with absolutely no preconceptions or expectations.My initial impressions were good until 6mths later when I woke up 1 morning and the device stopped working. It powers on for about 2 seconds and then stops. I appreciate devices can and do fail but when they do I expect a reasonable level of support, however this has not been delivered. I reported the issue over 11 days ago and so far they requested the order number twice and disappeared, I havent received a response in 5 days despite requesting an update.Given a better customer service experience this review would have been very different but having read a number of reviews all with exactly the same issue and given the absolute abysmal support, I can only conclude its a substandard product from a sub standard company. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Stick with the tried and trusted Philips or Orla B and although more expensive upfront cost you wont be looking to buy a new one every 6mths.

Very good product and battery seems to last much longer. When using the toothbrush I find it is much smoother and less severe on my gums when brushing.

Superb what a machine. Great value for money .

After a week of use, the toothbrush itself is great. However, the description of the product is not accurate. I ordered 1 unit and found out the charging travel case was infact just a normal travel case. Amazon customer service suggested buying another and they would refund the other. However, new one turned up 24 hours later and still no charging case. Amazon have said they will update their fulfilment team. All that said, the toothbrush is still great and compared with the Philips brushes, worth the money.

Does the job as expected.From when i bought it to this day, I haven't had the need to charge it again, so the battery last for a long time.you have three setting too choose from and once a setting is chosen it will automatically start on the last setting you used.The toothbrush will automatically switch off after 2 ,minutes of use. There are 4, 30 sec timers that are used while brushing your teeth so you can move to a different section of the mouth.It also has a UV light to help properly clean the brush once you have used it (it will remain switched on for 10 min).In the package you have also a travelling case to use when travelling which also has the UV light
