Product Mechanisms
I used this product in an attempt to make sausages but did not live up to expectations. The mechanisms difficult to handle, fell apart and became too much work and not worth the effort. Don't waste your time.

Poor quality
Went to go use it for the first time, just trying to extrude ground pork, falls apart when pushing the plunger. Cheap plastics will not stay together. Easier to roll meat by hand!

The funny thing is that I don't actually use this for sausage...but something I make at work. That said, it's sturdy, easy to break down, and easy to clean, so I'm happy!
