It is as soft as claimed.
Initially for a day or two, I felt I was slipping and may fall down. But after I wiped the soles of my feet and the chappal, there was no issue, today . I suppose I need to do it everytime?

width is dispropotionately thin for a 12 size chappal
The product is awful. for a 12 size chappal, the width is too thin and fingers peep out. very uncomfortable and an irritating experience.

Complaint for quality
Though it is comfortable to wear but has a serious issue of quality, upper strap of left slipper has come out partially, seems not pasted/ fixed properly.
