MAISON BERGER Cube Reed Diffuser Orange Cinnamon

After you twist off the chrome lid, there's a plastic "cork" sealing the bottle. I used a pair of scissors to pry up the edge of the plastic "cork" so that I could remove it from the bottle, and all of a sudden the plastic "cork" popped out of the bottle, making a popping sound like a champagne bottle being opened, and it flew 3 feet over my shoulder, splattering my face and hands with drops of scented liquid. I was lucky the splattered drops didn't go in my eyes! Once I cleaned the splattered drops off of me, then I put 3 of the reeds into the bottle because another reviewer suggested that the liquid might last longer if you don't use all the reeds. After an hour or so, my living room was nicely scented! Since there's a hole in the top of the chrome lid, I saved the plastic "cork" and when I didn't need any more scent to fill the room, I removed the reeds and loosely put the plastic "cork" back into the bottle to prevent evaporation while I'm not using the diffuser. It's been a half an hour since I did that and I can still smell the scent in my living room!

I enjoyed the fragrance but the product was consumed within 3 weeks. I expected it to last longer and maybe it would have if I had only placed a few reeds in the bottle rather all of them. Too expensive to replenish frequently so I will buy a more affordable product.

This is a great diffuser for a good price - has a nice orangey scent, lasts about 2 months, arrived promptly with no issues. Would purchase again!
