This is the smoothest, most delightful, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate bar I've yet encountered, with a filling that is slightly softer than the outer chocolate. The outer is also pretty soft, though, so be careful to keep it cool as it melts quite easily. The shipping included a cold pack - nice! It does have a touch more sugar than I'd expect from a "dark" designation. I'm looking forward to trying this brand's darker ones next.

Smooth, rich dark chocolate. Love the ganache center. Delicious! I also love that it is organic and uniquely farmed as well!

It doesn't get any better than this for me. This nails my dark chocolate fix in a luxurious new way that makes it even more of a treat. The truffle texture makes it more like a desert at a nice restaurant imo. So good.

If it did not use the crutch of coconut oil to mimic the silk soft texture of the true chocolate truffle and in its place used only cocoa based ingredients (cocoa butter) it would have 5+ stars! However, until then, this is by far one of the best reasonably priced and clean chocolates available in grocery stores and online. And, it doesn't cost an outrageous amount as so some others which are not even organically produced and processed. I recommend it.

This is the only chocolate I will buy now. The truffle portion of it is thin and delightful, the hard chocolate is dark and delicious. Highly recommend.
