Best Seat belt ever!
When it comes to buying things for my little Chihuahua on-line, I always check the size chart and order accordingly. Most of the time, the sizes are NOT what you actually get. So, when I ordered the XXS, I was doubtful that it would actually fit. Much to my delight, this little harness was a perfect fit without any adjustments! The color was exactly as stated - another surprise.I found it to be very well made. No strings to clip off, etc. All of the stitching is perfectly done. Not often you find good craftmanship.I normally transport my little one to the vet in a cute little fabric bag but she hates it. Cries all the way there and back. The little vest arrived just in time for our last vet visit. I put it on her, buckled in the seatbelt and to my surprise, she just laid down on the seat and enjoyed the ride! No crying, no fussing. I think that means she liked it!One thing that I especially like is the width of the belt. I had one for my other pup but it was very wide and she had trouble navigating. This one is the perfect width. When we get back home, I just unclip it and put it in the glove box until the next time.Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase and so is my little Molly girl. She is 4 months old and I am sure she will grow a bit more. When that happens, I'll be back to purchase another one. Thanks for having an accurate size chart! The price is right too!! Happy dog, happy mom!

Perfect for small dogs and very affordable!
My yorkie puppy is 4 months old and around 4 lbs or a little bigger. I bought the XXXS based off of the size chart and it fits great. I have to tighten the harness as tight as it'll go, but he can't wiggle out of it or chew on any part of it. This harness is adjustable, and may potentially be the only size I need for my small dog. I bought it primarily for the car, but it is a well made harness and I now plan to use it with a leash too. The paw print and colors are cute. It's breathable and very soft. It has two hooks on the back so you can adjust if you want the seatbelt higher or lower. I've tried this in older and newer Honda Accords and the buckle fits great. I looked at more expensive harnesses, but none of them fit an xs dog. It all worked out because this was much cheaper and appears to be well made. I am recommending this to anyone who wants a cute harness or to keep their dog safer in the car!

K9 SAFETY 1st & Always
We really love the design of this harness. Sammy seems very secure in the unlikely event of a sudden stop or hopefully never, accident. The safety strap is semi buggy only wish we could order another safety strap so he's secure on both sides.

IT FITS!!! YAY !!!
I love this harness and have just purchased a 2nd one. It is the only car safety harness that I have been able to find that is well made, sturdy and fits my 6 lb Maltese perfectly without weighing her down as some of the much higher priced ones did.It is also not to long for her 10 inch of back as most other harnesses are. It does not come up too high and dig in her throat as others have and I love that it has 2 rings on the back to attach leash or car safety strap ( which comes with it ) to.

The King Approves
One of my cats, King Ramses, visits the vet frequently for a congenital heart defect. The King is a large boy, and while he doesn't fight the carrier, he has chewed a hole through one to get closer to me.The King has some attachment issues. So I decided to look for an affordable but sturdy seatbelt harness. This was perfect! Being a cat, it doesn't fit quite like it would a dog. But it's easy to put on, the straps adjust well, and it appears to be well made.Ramses took to it well, and enjoys the sense of freedom. I can't recommend every cat for seatbelt harness, but The King is a special boy.We give this 10 toe beans.

Don't buy this harness
Hi - this is such a cheaply made product that the straps came apart within 5 minutes of my dog having it on. It was a new thing for her so she was kind of pulling on it a bit and it completely came apart...had we been in the car and gotten into an accident or if I would have had to break to quickly she could have gone flying out of the harness!!! I definitely do not recommend this harness

Stitching popped from the force of my dog running...will it hold up in a crash?
Bought this for our miniature schnauzer who likes to be everywhere with us, including the car. The kids had her on a tie-out one day wearing this harness, because it's the easiest to use, the dog doesn't mind it, and we feel like it's a good thing to get her used to wearing it. Kids, as they do, began to run around, and our furry cannonball took off full speed to follow along with the fun. She (the dog, not the kid) reached the end of our 20-foot tie-out and BANG, the stitching that attach the D-rings popped, with no noticeable change in canine velocity. Now, assuming our wonder-pup matches the fastest recorded speed of the breed, that's 38 mph (16.98 meters/second), and assuming she was able to get her 5.9 Kg mass up to full speed by the end of the tie out, with my high school physics formula (F=MA baby!) and assuming 0.5 seconds of deceleration time at the end of the tie-out, that means my little fuzz-ball exerted around 200 Newtons of force and broke the harness. If this same speed was reached in a car crash, with an assumed 23.5 milliseconds (calculated deceleration time wearing a seat belt), she would have put 4,254 Newtons of force. Would this harness hold up in a crash? Um...not likely. Does it keep her in the seat? Mostly, but it's not going to keep her from going through the windshield. Better than nothing though I suppose. For a more accurate "crash test" I guess we should have hooked the tie out to the seat belt adapter instead of directly to the harness. The adapter has a little bungee to help slow acceleration, but I doubt it's going to absorb the 4 kilo-newtons of force difference, plus the SPCA and my wife may not approve of me doing repeated "crash testing" with my dog!

Suits our needs perfectly!
Best under $20 dog purchase I’ve made! 7 mo old Greater Swiss Mtn Dog allows us to put this on no problem and she is so much safer from falling off seat if I have to brake or turn. Can still stick her face out both 2nd seat row windows of Highlander. It works with buckles on right left side, not center passenger’s sear buckle-which is fine. Size chart was accurate and adjustable straps will allow for when she grows. Very happy with the quality and comfort and great price!

Happy puppy in the car so far.
Puppy settles very quickly in the car with this. She’s a fan of the heated seat too :) smallest one on the smallest setting is perfect for our 9 week old miniature poodle.

Good quality, good fit
I can use this harness for walking and for travelling in the car. I have tried other harnesses but this one fits her nicely and doesn't seem to bother her.

It works well, until it doesn't.
I've been using this for the last ~6 months, and have been really happy with it, until today. When I opened the car door, my dog got too excited and tried to jump out the car door before I unclipped her, and the strap holding the bottom loop snapped right off, so she was completely loose in the parking lot. The stitching didn't hold the weight of her (65lbs). I'm convinced that if there was an actual car crash, the same would happen and she would've flown straight through the windshield, which is what this harness is supposed to prevent.

Fits well and is adjustable.
I chose this seat belt harness for 2 reasons. It has 2 loops. One for walking and one for the seat belt. The seat belt tether has an elastic portion which I think is good for impact if there was a car accident. I bought a medium and a large for my dogs. They seem to fit well.

DANGEROUS HARNESS.
Easy to fit. However - after s couple hoes chasing seagulls at the Beach my dog was in serious pain and required a visit to the vet.The skin in his arm puts had been torn off by chafing from the harness pad.NOT HAPPY.
