Well....
I don't even know what to say, talk about gobsmacked. The twist was so out of the blue. Great story, again. I still want to slap Antonio, but he's growing on me and Daniela... that woman has some steel in her spine. It's been a while since a book has engaged me so much. Definitely, definitely one set I would read again. Now, for the final book, I can't wait to see what happens now

consuming read !
The second book, secrets are revealed, secrets that hurt, secrets that are raw, secrets that will cause an uproar.and i fell in love with Antonio deeper, as his own feelings keep rising to the surface he becomes more understanding, more protective, hotter and fiercer.together he and Daniela i feel really come together as a couple, a marriage and partnership. unite as a front and it all feels a proper relationship of love.Daniela has become bolder, more confident, grown up, She’s feisty and determined, i think she’s the perfect match for Antonio. The story is dark and brutal at times, the secrets still have you on the edge of your seat, a constant bundle of nerves but the heated scenes will leave you in complete melt.I was left screaming at the end, so many questions . why how what?A cliffhanger has to be done right and this one has you hanging by your little finger …..

OMFG!
The second I finished Greed I dived straight into Lust. It looks like I’ll be doing the same with Envy right now. These books are amazing. The characters are so well written and the pacing is perfect. I’ve spent the last 24 hours recommending this series to anyone who will listen.

5★
Lust is the second book in The Sinful Empire Trilogy and is as addictive and intense as the first. It begins exactly where Greed's cliffhanger left us. The tension is in place, it does not slow down, ease, or let abandon the guards. Throwing the reader directly into Daniela's dramatic confession about her past that reveals deeply hidden secrets and horrors. The heartache and sadness are so palpable, but her strength and purpose that drive her actions are undeniable and only strengthen Antonio's desire and admiration. His protectiveness and willingness to avenge her reveal only his true feelings for his wife. The confession and common purpose of their loved ones only prove how well Antonio and Daniela fit together, strengthen their marriage, and unite against their enemies. Their relationship becomes more passionate and intense, not only fueled by their lust and desire to satisfy their sexual needs, but also by a deeper, sincere, and raw bond between them.

Fantastic!
There were definitely challenges in this book, but the author did a wonderful job of handling them in a very sensitive way for all the characters involved. Reflecting appropriate reactions, including the brief thoughts characters had when facing challenging news, is a skill the author has and was no doubt informed by her life experiences.Antonio and Daniella are fabulous characters, who continue to develop.I had to start the next book immediately.

Sinfully addictive
OMG, OMG, OMG, that's me trying to calm down. After everything that's happened to Daniela and how Antonio has treated her she is someone to be reckoned with and Antonio now knows her secrets, her strengths, and the enemies. This is a feast set for a king, its juicy, it brings a complete spectrum of thoughts and emotions it is one fabulous read for me. I voluntarily reviewed this book.

Addictive!!
This is the second book in this incredible trilogy, and this story continues straight on from where Greed ended. Antonio and Daniela are both struggling to navigate around their marriage, and she is the light to his darkness, but she is more than capable of standing up for herself. Daniela’s horrendous past does not define the women she is today. This is a well written fast paced storyline, which ends in another whammy of a cliffhanger, and is dark, raw, gritty, and is an intense emotional roller coaster, with suspense, danger, twists, heartbreak, intrigue, secrets, trust, family, and betrayal, which all leads to a riveting and heartwrenching addictive page turner. I look forward to reading the final book in this trilogy, and I highly recommend this talented author’s work.

Their Turning Point 💙🍷💥❤️
This second book in the series is so good!! I actually got to the end and said, “WOW!” A continuation of the story of Antonio and Daniela, their relationship takes a sharp turn in this book. They become more of a couple and less adversarial, although Antonio is still as controlling and alpha as always. Lucky for them, Daniela thrives with that type of man for her husband.Through the sharing of past trauma and heartache, they begin to build something that didn’t seem possible at first in their relationship. Not all love stories look the same, and theirs is not pretty. Sometimes, bearing someone's last name has more layers to it than it first seems. As we learn more and more about her past, it becomes clear that she is even stronger than was first thought.I recommend this book for anyone who has had to overcome a traumatic past and has become stronger because of it. I have a great deal of respect for Daniela and who she is as a woman. Antonio is beginning to redeem himself. The book ends on quite a cliffhanger, and I can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series.

Gets better
So, this book is plot heavy, it's literally like a movie with sufficient action and romance and twists... This book has I think the most practical MCs, like that's what I imagine them to be. I am definitely going to read her backlog

Antonio and Daniela shouldn't work but they do -- and we love it
RATING: ⭐⭐⭐⭐STEAM: 🔥🔥🔥The second book in the Sinful Empire Trilogy continues from the first. Daniela has a secret to disclose to the anti-hero Antonio, and it is a whopper indeed. The two are figuring out the best way to protect their respective families' legacies from greedy and evil hands. That goal may be more challenging than they thought. And to add to it -- try as they may -- their attempts to keep this arrangement as emotionally distant as possible seem to unravel.Antonio -- and everyone else around him -- fancies himself an anti-hero, and that changes little. He is still cold, calculating, and dark, but there is a bit of humanity in him that Daniela seems to inspire. It seems the ice around his heart is cracking for the formidable Daniela. She is every bit his equal, and this book highlights that. She is the queen that Antonio needs, that Antonio did not know he wanted. And just like she inspires some goodness in him, he inspires strength in her. A woman in a male-controlled woman, she stands on her own two feet with his encouragement. Their connection creates more passion and chemistry than they have anticipated, and it seems that in this case, two is very much better than one. This trilogy is a tangled web that draws readers in and attaches its literary claws not just around our brains but also our hearts. Antonio and Daniela should not be compatible, but yet they are and we are left cheering for them wholeheartedly. The book does contain very dark themes so consider trigger warnings before diving in. It also ends in another cliffhanger -- another hit for my already frail nerves from the last one -- building more anticipation for the final book.
