We use these to clean hummingbird feeders. It gets into the channels in the base. In fact I've found them useful for cleaning lots of things where an old toothbrush just doesn't get because the toothbrush bristles are at 90° to the handle. This is straight down.

I just love this handy cleaning tool for getting seals out of your thermoses or mixing cups for smoothies or salad dressings. A whole lot of Peeps don’t bother taking the seal out because it can be a very difficult feat so there it sits where mold grows & other crud that builds up, turning a menagerie of colors…Ewe, VERY GROSS & UNHEALTHY to say the least. I on the other hand am obsessed with taking this seal out on anything I drink out of, thermos or otherwise used to shake up anything like salad dressings or for special healthy smoothies on the go. I also use the tiny bottle looking brush to clean out inside of crevices such as the hole in the bottom of the center blender attachment with the blades, that hole in the bottom gets full of smoothie ingredients & if left unclean it then hardens up & has to be soaked with hot water to get this built up crud loosen up enough to then clean it all out & I KNOW THIS because I’ve been over at peoples houses helping with the washing up & cleaning such things in their kitchens & found out that they hadn’t cleaned out these crevices ever or in quite some time however with this crevice cleaning tool it has 3 different cleaning brushes that I use for cleaning out anything with crevices & holes that WERE very difficult to clean out.
