It doesn't clean the ceiling fan properly. Instead of microfiber thick threads, it should have been made of microberfiber fine hair like threads as shown in the picture.Earlier I had one cobweb & ceiling fan microfiber duster with very fine fiber threads, which was very nicely cleaning the ceiling fans.

Update: customer service reached out to me and were very nice. They were unaware of the issues with the product until they saw my review. They apologized and offered me a refund. They said they are working with the manufacturer to have the issues fixed. I asked them, instead of a refund, to send the improved product to me. When I get that, I will update my review accordingly.It comes in two pieces. You have to screw the handle onto the duster. It doesn’t fit right. There is a peg at the end of the duster that is supposed to fit into a hole in the handle. The hole is a different shape than the peg. So I had to force them together. Then I had to screw them together and it was very difficult to do. Once I finally got them put together and started dusting, the duster kept spinning. It doesn’t seem to be electrostatic. It wasn’t attracting dust. It did, obviously, remove the dust. But the dust just flew around the room instead of staying in the duster. I’ve had electrostatic dusters in the past and that did not happen. I wouldn’t buy this again.

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO BEND THE DUSTER TOP AREA AS SHOWN IN THE DEMONSTRATION !!FEELS LIKE A HINGE IS THERE BUT UNABLE TO BEND IT NO MATER WHICH WAY I TRY.SO FAR IT WORKS WELL AS JUST A DUSTER AND IT DID A QUICK JOB WITHOUT SCATTERING DUST AROUND..LOVE THE TELESCOPING SHAFT... WELL BUILT..NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE
