It comes in a nice little bag along with a sample scent of a different candle by the same company. The scent of the actual candle is very nice and it looks beautiful. I love the wooden wick and it has a long burn time. Very happy with the product and it made a very nice gift for my friend.

I got to enjoy this candle while I was catching up on housework today, and I found the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable, from the moment I opened the box. It is packaged very beautifully with a soft, luxe pouch inside to protect the candle. I was happy and surprised to find a miniature candle in the scent "Amber" just quietly and sweetly included.This has a nice throw and the scent is clear and refreshing. It's different and not a combination you typically see, especially in a candle, but I thought the blend was very nice and the throw of the candle spread the scent throughout multiple rooms while I was burning it.I think this would make a great gift for someone who prefers a spa day to a bonfire. So many "cozy" scents can be overwhelming or wear thin once a seasonal era passes, but this candle is beautiful for all year (perhaps especially in the summer on relaxing evenings.)

This candle company has some amazing reviews and I typically don’t use candles because they give me headaches. I bought the Palo Santo scent as it seems like the one with the best reviews. I expected an earthy woodsy scent but it smelled very strong and perfumey. Not my cup of tea, BUT I decided to try a different scent. I ordered the Foxtail Fir and it’s much more natural scented, smells like pine trees! I emailed the company and they offered me to exchange the Palo Santo scent I bought for a different one. I chose the Pumpkin Crème and it is glorious! Smells so sweet and cozy- like a creamy pumpkin latte. I love that the company has such a variety of scents and I can’t wait to try more! They’re handmade, non toxic candles with crackling wood wicks in a beautiful amber colored glass. What more could you ask for!? Ditch the big corporation that sells you GMO soy-based artificially fragranced candles, and try this small business that actually cares about your home and the people that are in it!

THe candle arrived very quickly, well packaged, and undamaged! The candle smells really nice and lasts even while burning. THe wooden wick really does crackle. When I first received it and had it lit, my husband came into the kitchen and was doing something. He said, "Do you hear a fire?" HAHAHA! It was the wooden wick and it was crackling. We had a good laugh. This candle is very nice and would make a great gift!

I'm not easily impressed by packaging. Like seriously -- send me the candle in a cardboard box with plenty of bubble wrap. Don't spend extra money on a pretty box, just make your product cheaper. BUT....this product unexpectedly had me at the packaging. It absolutely shines with quality and gift-ability from the get-go. I felt like I was opening a gold ring or something. I have actually saved the black box with magnetic clasp and the velvet bag for some future use.Ok, aside from the packaging...the candle itself has an amazing aroma. It's strong...even when not burning. I can just leave the lid off while it sits on my desk and it smells wonderful.The crackling wood wick is a really unique touch. It's small, so don't expect it to sound like a fireplace, but it IS wood and it does have a pleasant, comforting crackle sound.Love that this candle is all natural with out chemical junk for the environment or my lungs (because I want to BREATHE it!).It came with a bonus sample Palo Santo tea light, which also smells amazing! I will be looking for a larger version of this one eventually.The candle itself is pretty enough to put on a shelf in the living room. The imprint on the glass is simple, not distracting or gaudy. And if you really wanted to turn it around so the candle is just brown, you can do that -- there is nothing printed on the other side.This candle is classy and the makers thought of every detail. I will definitely come back to this brand again in the future.

We have been big fans of candles for our 45 years of marriage but the Hemlock Park Crackling Wood Candle (Cucumber/Matcha - 16 oz) is something unique in our experience and has set a new standard in what a candle can be.The fragrance is amazing! Understated with a clean, fresh, very relaxing scent that truely reminds us of the rain cooled air after a  quick, intense rain shower on a late Spring day with hints of fresh green foliage. A 1 hour burn melts the wax about ½" down evenly and the wick stays high & hot enough to liquify all the wax atop the candle so no wax is wasted stuck to the sides.   The coconut wax is as close to smokeless  (especially if you're quick placing the lid on it after blowing it out) that we have seen, so it won't leave soot on our paint like regular paraffin candles.  It burns remarkably even and the wooden wick doesn't leave untidy little burnt bits in the wax so far like string wicks do.  The "crackling" part is there but is very quiet.  We can't hear it unless the candle is less than 3' away however it does make the flame flare and dance subtly making it nice to watch.The included travel bag and the little amber are a nice touch that make it a sure winner for a house warming,  birthday, anniversary  gift etc.  We find the price a little steep to buy it for ourselves but if it really burns for 90 hours then it may be worth getting another one.Highly Reccomended!

I am very sensitive to regular candles and they give me a headache. I searched high and low for a clean candle that would make my house smell nice without making me suffer. This one definitely smells amazing and has ingredients. However it does not have a great throw. The smell is somewhat faint overall. But I have tried many clean candles since this one and it seems to be the problem with all of them. So for the price point and the quality of ingredients, this one isn't bad.

Love the scent.

It doesnr burn even - the wick is basically drowning it hardly lights up
