Excellent Buffalo GheeExcellent ghee. I am used to Desi Cow Ghee prepared by Bilona method. But they cost from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 3500 a litre. I still order it for toppings for my son’s food. But wanted a less expensive good alternative for rest of us and also for cooking purposes. So went for this Buffalo ghee made from Bilona method. It is very good. Since its a buffalo ghee, its white in colour.
