Made the wrong color.
Although the shipping was fast and the patch seems very nice, they made it in the wrong stitching color. Was suppose to be in black and they made it in white. Makes it useless and a waste of money.

Great embroidery, bad patch.
I purchased this name tape for my dogs collar. I was impressed when if first arrived but after only about a week of being in use there were several threads hanging loose around the edges. The name and embroidery are top notch and look great but the actual patch just doesn't seem to be of good quality. But I'm just kinda waiting on it to fall apart now.
