It's a kitchen classic FOR A REASON.
Anyone who has worked in food service knows these orange mats. They are some of the best anti fatigue mats you can find. This size is perfectly small enough to fit into my pastry area, and slips under the table at the end of the day. It also fits in the dish sink for an easy scrub down. The size, however, doesn't give it enough weight to stay put in the floor, so it does slide around a bit.I expect it to break down over the next two or three years (of standing on it for 14 hours a day, six days a week)… which is pretty standard for these mats.
