Great length, sturdy. Super cute color. Ruffwear never disappoints.

I love this leash! I adapted it to suit my needs by folding part of it over and sewing to create a handle where I needed one. It’s nice and thin, and I love that it has a small built in pouch for poop bags! I can’t wait for new colors to come out because the color is the only thing I’m not 100% thrilled about.

I love Ruffwear usually, and I know they kinda cater to that “lifestyle” outdoors hiking crowd, but this particular leash I feel like maybe it missed the mark a little bit? I will give it credit where credit is due, the leash is very cute and I’m sure it will hold up to some duress. But the leash material itself is incredibly thin, and feels like the straps on a backpack. I’m sure this could really mess up your hand if you were trying to control your dog. The locking mechanism as well is a little awkward to unlock compared to other designs. All and all, I’d just honestly maybe thicken the leash material and add more padding to the handle, maybe take another crack at the lock mechanism. And all that at that price point, I just think they need to do a little better…

great leash! only suggestion i’d have to the company is that, yes it technical it has the same colors as the matching harness BUT when holding it or on dog, because of the colors mixed together it looks more orange in color and doesn’t match. I think it would look better as all green or pink with accents instead of the two colors threaded together!

this sage green color really looks dirty withing a normal urban travel!its absorbs and takes all the dirt and smoke, it is tottaly dark and full of smudges from the dog skin and the floor.it is really light and great for outdoor travels as an extra pair you just throw in the back of the trunk. but would def not recommend for daily use!final conclusion: not worth the premium price of ruffwear products. look elsewhere to other line they sell. HI&LIGHT is not reccommended by us.

I have a cattle dog and a husky. the adjustments keeps readjusting itself as soon as they pull even lightly. I barely have them under control if we see a squirrel or bunny. It’s a good leash for extremely well behaved dogs that don’t require training anymore or small dogs that do not pull

I love the lighweight nylon of this leash, the buckle abiolity, and the hidden stash pocket for waste bags. I just wish ruffwear wasn't always trying to reinvent the wheel with their clips. The clip on this leash isn't a horrific design, but the locking mechanism is plastic and doesn't feel like it's going to last a long time, and the lock only open at a specific point on its slide, so it's far too finicky if you need to quickly and easily leash or unleash your dog often.

Took my doodle 0.5 seconds to chew through this in line at the vet's office 🤣Nice lightweight leash and dries super quick, but likely more appropriate for smaller dogs? Seems to transfer more pull to the user than our more robust leash. Not a winner here, and we use this brand for everything dog-related...

I ordered this for hiking and running and was a little disappointed at the length when it arrived. Once it has been adjusted for waist wearing there isn’t much leash left for the dog. Returned and ordered a different one from ruffwear instead.

Little shorter than expected I’d go larger than what you think when buying

Used it for about 2 months now on 3 walks a day for a dog that pulls a lot. The lead is strong, incredibly light and versatile. Recommend!
