This is my 3rd electric kettle. I drink a lot of herbal tea.This one stands out because it feels so study and built for safety. The temperature settings and live thermometer are of course the selling point. I like that you can set the keep warm temp before heating the water and that you can restart it at the current temperature if you lift the kettle off of its heating plate. I like that the button is a touch and not a press; it is accompanied by a small beep so that you know it registered. It beeps three times to let you know it is at temperature, which is nice. I kinda miss the blue lights that I had in the other ones. This tone is necessary as the lower temperature settings won’t bring water to a rolling boil, so I get it. The light show was just nice. In fact, I assumed it had this feature. But, practically speaking, I can see the temp reading and hear the temp reached beeps, so it’s fine.The other unexpected feature is that the auto warm feature is only 40 minutes.All in all, this kettle is a practical way for tea lovers to have fun.

It was great for my needs. Holds alot of water. Temperature seems to be spot on.Issue 1. I made the mistake putting tea leaves inside. Don't do this. It is torchure to clean it. It gets suck in the spout. Never did it again.2. After I did this, over the months the enamel on the bottom started to wear out.3. Today I noticed gunck floating it's the enamal that is peeling.4. If you don't mind how it looks. Because it's a plastic top, the multiple times pushing the top on and off will wear it down.It's great and fine, but the tea leaves may have peeled the enamel. I will never know.

I had an issue with the kettle after a little less than a year, and the company was very responsive, diagnosing the probleme quickly and then sending a replacement. Otherwise the kettle is great.

I use an electronic kettle multiple times a day and have been through a few of them through the years. This one is by far my favorite. I love to see the level of the water in the glass pot, the different temperature settings and the capacity to keep the water warm is wonderful, and I also love the wide mouth for easy cleaning. We have very hard water in our area, and even with pre-filtering it, I get some build up. Just put some vinegar in with some water and brought it to boil, let it set for a bit, and then rinsed it out and it was good as new. And then it was easy to handwash the interior without risking submerging it in the sink. Love Love Love This Kettle!

While it does heat water or left over coffee up quickly it tends to boil over fairly often. The control leds are really hard to see and the "buttons" are hard to operate. I would not buy this again or recommend it to anyone.

I used my kettle daily for months and then it had an error message of E3. It wouldn't turn on or work at all. Even though I bought it through Amazon, I contacted ([email protected]) to see if they could help me fix the error message. After a simple troubleshoot didn't work, they sent me a new one immediately. I love this kettle and so glad to see they have wonderful customer service as well!
