I returned this product because although it was described as flakes, it was very fine particles. I use it on my tree and this was too fine to stick on the branches. It would be fine on a flat surface. I don’t know if it’s dissolvable

Yeah. It’s a bag full of pollution. As if we don’t already have enough of that problem destroying the planet… they’re now bagging this crap and selling it?!?

Q: Could you glue this to glass or cardboard so it's permanent?

While it is possible to "glue" the "snow" to glass or cardboard, the plastic "snow flakes" are very finely cut, so I'd recommend using a spray adhesive and building up the "snow" one layer at a time. It would likely be a slow and messy experience, especially if you plan to cover a larger area.

Q: Can this be used in a snowglobe?

I don’t know. You could take some and put in a glass of water and see if they dissolve or expand. I checked on Amazon and couldn’t find “snow for water globe”. Sorry….
