It came packaged very well. I thought it was going to smell like snow. It does not. It smells like baby powder and vanilla mixed together, and it’s very nauseating for me since I am very sensitive to vanilla. I think some people like this scent because it smells like baby powder and vanilla, but I don’t like this scent and some other people don’t either.

So disappointed!! Scent was not even notable. Very small jar, 2 different prices, what I paid and a lower yankee candle price on the jar. Given excuses when asked about it..wasn’t worth the money I spent. Had to keep it since it was going into a collection that needed the retired scent. Don’t waste your money. Horrible!!

I got a "Snow in Love" candle as a present last Christmas. I didn't actually use it until this summer, and I LOVED the fragrance. I wanted to buy another one, but since it's seasonal, I couldn't buy it directly from Yankee Candle. When I received it, I noticed text on the bottom, indicating it was a European product. I smelled it, thinking it was a knock-off, but it smells exactly like it should.

Very nice scent. Medium throw. This is a clean scent. I mostly smell the sandalwood scent.

This candle burned perfectly for around three hours, then started making a cracking noise and all I can say is it exploded in the jar, it’s splattered all over the jar its self and some bits of wax actually flew out of the jar !I can’t explain it, as this has never happened to me with a Yankee candle before, and the following day I tried to relight the wick , but it was having none of it, so I took the wax around the wick away ,and , eventually was able to get the wick to light, when after 30 minutes it crackled and exploded again !If you zoom into the photo you can see where I have cut the wax away from around the wick again, but what isn’t apparent, is that when I did this there was a watery substance inside the wax, which again is totally unexplainable.This really is a disappointment, as although It was brought when on offer, it still wasn’t cheap, and it really isn’t fit for use, and if anything it’s dangerous.I don’t know if the wax somehow has been impregnated with water or liquid, which hasn’t solidified, but total waste of money .

Ciò che mi ha spinto ad acquistare questa candela, è stato il prezzo ultra conveniente, durante il black friday. Ho rischiato per la profumazione, ma mi è andata piuttosto bene.Ha un profumo delicato e lieve, da accesa riesce a profumare un paio di stanze e dona un effetto fresco e rilassante.Il colore della cera è particolare, sembra quasi perlato.L’ho accesa già diverse volte, ma consuma davvero poco, credo mi durerà diverso tempo.Sono rimasta delusa però, del packaging. Acquistando una candela di una marca rinomata, mi aspetto, come minimo una scatola decente..... e invece no.La confezione era contenuta all’interno della classica scatola Amazon, ed era composta da cartone e scotch marrone da imballaggi. Menomale che l’ho acquistata per me, perché se l’avessi dovuta regalare, avrei fatto una brutta figura.Sembra una cosa banale, ma la confezione va curata, sopratutto per articoli che potrebbero essere oggetto di regali.

Ich war letztens im Kerzen-Kaufrausch und hab mir die Yankee Candle "Snow in Love" für die Adventszeit zugelegt. Ich habe aufgrund der Rezessionen eigentlich mit einem Winterduft gerechnet und bin nun erstaunt, wie viele Menschen diesen Duft dem Winter zuordnen. Für mich ist der Duft keineswegs schlecht aber eher universell. Für mich riecht der Duft sauber, nach frischer Wäsche und gelüfteten Räumen, vielleicht sogar ein klein wenig nach Frühling. In die Weihnachts- oder Winterzeit würde ich den Duft eher weniger einordnen, aber er ist auf jeden Fall sehr angenehm.Wer diese Gerüche mit dem Winter in Verbindung bringt oder einfach "sauber Düfte" gerne mag, der ist bei dieser Kerze richtig. Für die Advents- oder Winterzeit würde ich persönlich dann aber doch wieder eher auf die klassischen Düfte umsteigen. Viel Spaß mit der Kerze!

Beautiful smelling candle. Purchased for my mother in law who sadly lost her daughter at 18months old. I purchased a separate personalised sticker with an image of her daughter before she passed away with a quote under the image and stuck it to the back as I didn't want the name of the candle covered. She was very happy with it upon receipt.

Yankee Candles provide good value in their mid market position, with attractive lidded jars and pleasant fragrances, although I would urge doing some in-store sniffing before purchase where possible to check the smell is to your taste.For best burning experience, keep the wick trimmed to no more than 3mm and use a candle snuffed to extinguish as that helps prevent the wax going everywhere.This is an attractively scented candle, sized for bath tub corners and secret Santa/stockings as well as the bedroom, lounge or dinner table. The lid helps keep the dust off between burnings although this one smells so nice it is unlikely to get a chance to accumulate dust in this house.
