Not spreadable unless you use very hard crackers. The Taste is not as good as a lot of cheese spreads.

It never ceases to amaze me what I can find on Amazon that I can’t find in my grocery store and specialty cheeses are one of those. Great cheese for spreading, dipping or cooking and great service.

It was very salty threw it out.

This cheese is good, but it is too heavy to spread smoothly on a cracker.
