The item arrived. It was fully charged. It states that it should be recharged if it sat unused for a while. I don't know if it sat for a while. It's fully charged & it works great during the first week.If everything continues to work for a year or more that will be great.It gets an overall rating because the fan works great and the charge is working.If there is a way to take stars off if it stops working properly during the first half year or so I would probably like to change the overall rating.The light is supposed to have more than one level. The light isn't very bright and it looked as though all the levels of brightness are the same. I personally won't take the overall rating down because of the light issue. The fan working without having to be plugged in is a wonderful thing to have. The fact that the fan has a mini light on it is a bonus.It's not heavy & it's easy to use.I would want to remind campers that the fan is mostly made of plastic material. The stand it sits on is not plastic.Another review mentioned that the unit needs to be unscrewed to get the plastic wrapper pieces taken away from the areas where screws are located. It would be nice if the discontinued putting the plastic under the screws but it's not a deal breaker.

We needed a small, portable fan to take with us when we work at festivals. We live in South Carolina and it gets very hot. I figured I’d try this fan because it was not bulky and we could carry it with us without having something that weighed a lot…just another thing to carry! We were shocked to see how powerful this little fan was! It has held its charge for several hours so far. I haven’t recharged it since I got it. The lights are really neat at night too! I highly recommend this fan if you’re looking to cool off while outdoors.

It was super HOT and humid when we went camping. This thing saved my life! I swear terribly in humidity and this thing here made it so much bearable. The only thing I wish I did was buy more of them

Better than expected. Quiet and easy to handle. Blows plenty of air.

This fan performed better than I thought it would and it lasted a long time while running in medium that it still has power after 6 hours.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm in HVAC in the deep south and purchased this fan for attic work.... I wanted to like it but, it produces no where near 3,500 cfm as described. I pulled a few Anemometer numbers and most of the times it was around 350-400 cfm with a couple of moments above 500, and it fluctuated wildly. They slipped and extra zero in the description. Just FYI.

I was super excited about this because I have an autoimmune disorder and am heat intolerant. So when I first got it, I put it on the charger and it worked awesome. Then I bring it home and now it won’t hold a charge.
