Perfect fit getting a 7 1/2 for a 7 1/2 shoe. Just thick enough to give some squish without raising the foot too much and making the shoe tight on top of the foot. I added an extra heel insert underneath it as it helps with my foot pain. Extra note, looks finished and expensive compared to cheap Dr. Scholl’s with white foam with holes in them. There’s a lot of junk out here there. This is btr quality.

I love the shoes that I bought and they've always felt really good cushioned all around really good cushion underneath until now. I got a pair I ordered through the company. They were Christianity all around except on the insoles which were hard like cardboard. I have never bought running shoes that were hard before and they hurt the bottom of my feet terribly. I tried a number of insoles,, but none of them worked well. They wouldn't fit in the shoe right or anything until I found these! These are comfy and cushiony and great for older feet especially! In fact, they are the most comfortable insoles I've ever worn. I could not believe they fit my shoe exactly the same as original insole. I've already bought extra pair for other pair of shoes that I bought and for the future. These will be my go-to from now on because when I buy them stock from the factory being soles are just no good. Now I can enjoy my favorite shoe and wear them comfortably and lots of cushion underneath my feet! I spent a lot trying to find these and I was just about ready to give up when I thought I'd try these on Black Friday sale. So glad I did! It's safe to pair of brand new shoes that I couldn't wear because they were painfully hard. And they're quite a bang for the buck! I tried $25 ones that you had to cut to fit that weren't near as good and that I had to return. Just love these!

It’s very cushiony and fit right into my 8.5 shoe. The cushioning did kind of elevate my foot in the shoe a bit so thicker socks were more difficult to wear. Makes the boots I have much more tolerable. I wish it could be thinner in right places and a bit more bendy.

I love that these are no cut. They fit my size 5 kid tennis shoes perfectly (lady size 7). For my Ariat boots, size 7, they work, but maybe I should have sized up (always felt these boots had a little bigger foot than a 7). I had replaced the insoles for both these shoes years ago with some you have to cut. Those were a foam that always sort-of grabbed at my socks when trying to slide my feet in and I dreaded putting my shoes on (hardly ever wore the tennies). These glide easier and were more comfortable. Walked around in both pairs all day. Highly recommend them so far.

Bought these to replace deteriorated sock liners my Son’s Adidas Top Ten High Tops. The shape and size is a an exact match. They are a bit thicker but my son says they are not taking up too much room as they compress when wearing being a memory foam.

I wanted some foam Cushioning inserts to be able to walk more comfortably. Inserts are perfect for my needs. Suffering some bone spurs. They easily fit in my shoes. Not bulky or stiff. Gave me some relief which I really needed

Let me start off by saying I've walked a lot of miles on these insoles, and they are comfortable. I got these for my Hey Dudes because sometimes the originals are out of stock and I was pressed for time before vacation. They worked, but being thinner and a tad smaller than the shoe, they come out of the shoes almost every time I take them off. I still used them, they worked, but for the same money I like the OEM insoles better. 3.5 stars really.

I’ve been buying memory foam insoles for my sneakers and my slippers. I purchased these hoping they would help cushion my feet while at my sons house. He has vinyl plank flooring on concrete and after a few hours I can barely walk w/o excruciating pain. These really helped. I think because they have a bound edge they seem to stay in shape and keep the cushion! Thank you!!

However, there is a limitation in their sizing options, as they do not offer half sizes.As an 8.5 shoe size, I opted for the size 9 insoles, but I found them to be slightly too big, causing arching issues when trying to fit them inside the shoe. To make them a comfortable fit, I had to carefully trim them down with a pair of scissors. Despite this minor inconvenience, the insoles have proven to be a great purchase overall, significantly improving the comfort and support of my shoes during long walks.In conclusion, the Memory Foam Insoles are a budget-friendly option with good quality, but potential buyers with half sizes should be aware of the sizing limitation and be prepared to customise the insoles to achieve an optimal fit.
