Won't teach you how to swim but they definitely amplify what you've got and, added bonus, they'll give you a six pack is used properly.

Ordered size 32 but very tight, recommend ordering one size up. Seems to be good quality but have only worn them a few times due too sizing issue

As a regular swimmer these were replacements for similar briefs that were wearing out. They are good for the use that I give them.
