but love the freezer
not 115 volts, but 230 volts. Had to fix that, but love the freezer. Watch who you buy from. Now know there are other companies that sell this item. See if their phone number works first before buying.

Not a good seller
I order the freezer and it took almost a month for the seller to let me know that this freezer is not going to arrive.

Width of item was not listed
The owners manual is something to be desire. Does not tell you how to change settings. Should not have to have a tech to do this simple adjustment. No shims but did get 1 adjusting leg out of possible 4. I put to use as a merchandiser freezer. Does look like a nice item for the cost.
