READ before you buy ]A year after my original 3-star review ( below ), I decided I loved these Zebra Blinds enough to buy more and planned to bump the 3 to a 4 star as a result. I then ordered 4 sets of blinds with custom measurements and to ensure they all lined up when beside each other since they were for my open layout, formal dining room and living room. This includes a Bay Window (so 3-blinds there) and another window on the same wall.This has been a less than stellar experience to say the least. I am toggling between a 1 & a 2 star as I write this.After a year of use for my original 2021 two units (Master Bedroom and a Den), I felt they held up well to use and showed no new issues so the purchase, return, repurchase, return, repurchase cycle from the inaccurate descriptions originally was outweighed a little by the value for the items compared to local blind vendors or big box options.***** PROS & CONS *****PRO: I love the options these Zebra Roller Blinds give in terms of privacy while letting in diffused light.PRO: Good value for the money compared to other vendors for similar product.------CON: Failure to properly package the four sets of custom blinds left them dented and damaged from being slammed into each other during transit. ZERO foam wrap or even paper between the units. Each was merely in a clear plastic bag (presumably to keep the white clean???) and slid into a cardboard box up against each other (from Korea to Florida USA). BUT... they demanded pictures of the shipping box even though I told them from the outset it was pristine.CON: Their idea of "custom" regarding length of the blind leaves the blind roughly 2.5 to 3 inches too short which means the 2021 Off-The-Shelf length two units I originally purchased look like the custom blinds and these look like the wrong size blind was purchased. POOR DESCRIPTION RELATED TO WHAT CUSTOM means regarding the length as in, doesn't mention it at all. By contrast, they are exacting in their descriptions regarding the width of custom items for installations.CON: Circular and ineffective (if not outright non-responsive) though plentiful communication regarding the damaged on arrival items. The effort to exchange them/ return & repurchase have been frustrating at best and at the time of this writing remains unresolved. It's form letter email that does not address specific questions nor provides a method of return.They repeat "you are within the return window" endlessly but never provide a prepaid return shipping label for their damaged and inaccurately lengthen units. They will send an e-label that merely has a typed U.S. address for their returns but fails to include prepaid postage. There is "form letter text" about requesting refunds for postage on "approved" returns but no details in the message. No matter how hard I tried, they never answered me on this issue. Just more form letter emails that fail to address it. AND, refused to communicate by phone to resolve these issues.CON: I see no way to get the return shipping money back for these units. Funny, when I originally bought the two units I kept from the multiple purchases in 2021, Amazon did the free return label no issue. For new units you have to go through the vendor directly and apparently pay to return damaged on delivery items with a promise to give a method to request a refund for those fees. BUYER BEWARE!!!!******************************************************************************** Original 2021 - 3-star review of the product experience ********************************************************************************The devil is in details: Beware and scrutinize each itemI had to order multiple sets and return some in order to get the better of the available blinds in my needed size. No new ones were currently available to order so I purchased from the "USED - VERY GOOD" as they were the best available. All described as having damaged packaging or repackaged but nothing noted on the damages or missing parts.One set was so bad that it had pulls in the material at eye height and the handle for the weighted handle for the bead chain was visibly cracked down most of its length. This in addition to missing parts hardly qualifies it as a "USED - VERY GOOD" compared to the description of merely damaged packaging.I have ordered many things like this, merely returned items, and saved a few bucks in the past. If new Zebra blinds are available, buy those is my recommendation for these blinds. Also, still note some of the issues I note as they were issues for those that bought new in other detailed reviews.***** PROs *****+ Less expensive than going to a custom blind place or ordering through the big box stores+ Actually had them available in these difficult Covid related supply chain challenges+ Pretty and effective at providing privacy and allowing diffused sunlight into a space once you get them to fall properly.***** CONs *****- Not one set came with all the hardware listed on the directions: ALL were missing the hardware to assemble both two piece mounting bracket.- half the sets did not include directions at all- They are finicky and some do not fall properly: EX. One appears to be twisted and no matter how much fine adjustment, would not fall evenly so one of those was returned.- Despite being the same size, the two I kept do not fall the same way in two windows that are identical in size. Know this going in so if you are putting them side by side, you may have to go through multiple like I had to to get two that fall the similarly at least if not the same.***** Observations/ Recommendations ****** These are advertised as for inset or outset installation. That is only true if you do not care that the silver metal brackets are VERY visible for the outset installation. Inset (inside the window ledge) installation still allows a 1/4 to 1/2 inch gap at the top and minimally visible front face of the bracket. I used the faceplate from my old horizontal blinds to block that space so it worked for my two inset installations. However, if you are picky, you may want to consider these points.* These are a bit more delicate than the version of them that I saw at the custom blind place so you may want to ensure only adults or older teens are the people that adjust them.* Because the bead chain is a continuous loop. you will need to find a mount to secure it if you have children or animals that would mess with the chain. The manufacturer doesn't appear to sell them so you may want to look around. I ordered some to see if they will work... will see.* For a savings of roughly 30-40%, for the USED-VERY GOOD they were not worth the "savings" IMO as I had to locate additional hardware and time. Also, had to order multiple sets of blinds to get the two I needed so it required returning the others to the UPS Store so all in all the savings was a wash in time and money.* If you want them, buy new (if available) to up the chances of getting all the hardware advertised and avoid the issues I saw. I kept two and do really like the look. These are worth the cost of new compared to the big box options.

I almost never write reviews but I was really thrilled with the service from this company and the product itself. We were looking for basic zebra blinds for our bathroom, but we have oddly shaped windows and thought that might be a challenge. The customization options were perfect, and the extra emails AFTER the order was placed saved us because my husband had the wrong measurement width initially for one of our windows. We fixed it, and the company easily confirmed they got the new measurement and would be shipping out the right size. Shipping was within expected timeframe and my husband said installation was a breeze. Best of all, they look great. Very happy with these and we do recommend!

I absolutely love these blinds!! My husband said it was harder to open the package than it was to install them! And what a value when you compare them to custom blinds. They operate very smoothly, great quality and look amazing. I was worried about the length because my windows were about 6 inches shorter than the standard length,You don’t get a big rolled up bunch at the bottom they look perfect!

Easy to install. Received within expected time - actually earlier. Still had confusing back & forth with vender. Comms through Amazon didn’t make sense. Language barrier but not impossible. Comes from Korea. Good enough blackout from street view. Weave not as tight as some bought years ago. Like matching roll cover. Like many colors available. Not happy about beaded cord. Two times bigger than expected & rolls through guides roughly. Bad knock off of this mechanism. See third photo of zebra blinds bought a few years back covering similar square footage with half the size that run so smooth & quickly. The big mistake in this is that for some reason manufacturer believed connector beads should be bigger than the string of beads. Even stringer beads are too big for smooth operation 1/16” too big. Must treat with kit gloves! Not good for a blind that is raised and lowered 2 times a day. These are fairly big windows 23 x 54. We have a lot more windows to cover so hope I can find vendor with a better build. Beads just hang up too much. Only did 4 with these 27 more to go. Cheap enough if looking for a “get by” which is all I am expecting + smooth drive. Update: Ordered 2 from another vendor - same color. Though this vendor has better weave I did not like white plastic cord or white bottom bar. If you like that look - no problem, I don’t. Plus fit not as good as this vendor. Therefore, upgrading review FROM 3 > 4 ⭐️

These blinds are sleek and extremely easy to install (It took me less than 5 minutes to install each one). Everyone who sees them likes them. They make my living room and bedroom look much for modern.The real reason for this review though is because of their customer service. I accidentally crushed a part of one of the 5 blinds that I purchased. I emailed the company, explained the situation and asked if they sold repair/replacement parts. I was 100% prepared to pay for the parts and shipping because it was my fault, but they ended up sending me the parts completely free of charge.More companies should act in this manor. If you treat your customers well they will tell others and keep coming back :)Overall, I highly recommend these blinds and this company!

This is my second order from Foiresoft. This time, it was for a bay window. So I chose the option to have the three blinds line up. I was a bit skeptical, but they really do. The seller is very good about making sure you have the correct measurements. As long as you measure correctly and you tell them your needs, your order will be just right.
