It’s perfect for many situations
1) It’s not huge, but the grate is large enough to handle many cooking tasks. And it’s LIGHT and very compact.2) The carrying bag is significantly larger than the unit, allowing you to fit spatula, tongs, gloves, etc,3) Because the up/down/swivel away movement requires turning the cock-screw, use gloves. The built in handle helps a great deal.4) This grate is particularly well suited to campers not cooking a whole lot of food at one time and may be cooking over a a small Solo Mesa type stove (or similar small burning unit).

Exactly what we needed
The media could not be loaded. Our daughter booked a primitive campsite with a "No Open Flame" and we weren't sure what we were going to do. This was exactly what we needed for our Primitive Glamping experience. It was easy to carry on our 2-mile hike in and out of the sight. It only took a few minutes to assemble, and we were able to cook everything we brought on it from breakfast tacos to a pork roast.

Description says cast iron. It's DEFINITELY NOT CAST IRON. Junky coated metal.. Not very sturdy either.

Perfect for Fire Pit
I got this for my husband for our Fire Pit. It is great. Now we cookout there all the time.

Well made: Was what I wanted.
No dislikes: Cooking over open fire. Weighs 17 lbs. but need this weight for the way it is designed.

Doesn't even fit in the stand made by the same company. Kinda stupid.

Remarkably low quality
The grill broke within 5 mins of using it -- I wasn't even able to finish setting up the grill before it was no longer useful. The metal is really low quality. I do not recommend buying this.
