Not easy to use at all & not as good as i thought it would be i don’t feel any different after use as i have problems with my feet so need something like this but not these

It is excellent for leg and knee pain relief also gets rid of cramps

Love this machine.Does exactly the same job as dearer models do.Having the tens pads as an extra is a real bonus.They helped my husbands golfers elbow and shoulder.

I originally bought a vibrating machine for my feet. I have difficulty walking. The vibrations were excellent and I felt benefits immediately. However the downsize was it was extremely heavy and I could not move it without help so I returned it and thought I would try this instead. I am glad I did. Although it is less "in your face" it seems to give a similar benefit. I was on 55 at first use and could feel the waves for 3-4 inches up my leg and in my feet. It is a lovely feeling although unusual. When I get more used I will see what a higher pulse number will do but it is new yet and I am enjoying it doing me good . More could be said about how lightweight and easy it is to use for older people. A straight forward 3 pin plug for instance these days is unusual for for us to find and a proper instruction leaflet in English. It is a shame it is not cheaper but I got mine off the website with a large discount even before I left this review. I am glad I bought it.

Recieved a unit as a Christmas present and have used daily since . I have had problems left leg and particular ankle area since 2014 after a serious break requiring an external fixator . The ongoing effects were lack of sensation in left foot especially to the toes and left side of my foot with quite harsh pain in the ankle area . As of today (8th Jan) I have recovered full feeling in my toes which obviously improves balance and the pain around the ankle is virtually gone . Brilliant initial results which I hope will contue

After obtaing the 3 x AAA batteries for the remote, I tried it on different settings, and quite pleased with the result for a first time use, My legs feel a lot better, but will wait to see over prolonged use.
