Buy this!!!!! stop shopping around. It really is the best product ever! This should go on every registry. I am bummed that I didnt find it earlier. It's sleek and sophisticated. It is natural, eco friendly and high quality!! the color alone is beautiful, the picture does it no justice. I bought the creme one and it looks great! it feels ever so soft too!!! Four positions for baby. I love that it folds flat for travel... so great for moms and dads on the move! The price is more than other ones but I promise you get what you pay for and this one is GREAT!!!! We didnt want a bunch of gawdy baby stuff everywhere and this is perfect for that. It looks classy! I ended up getting this bouncer after having a much cheaper one. My baby didn’t stay put in the cheaper Fisher-Price one. With this one he is nice and secure in it. I love that there are three different heights that it can adjust to. I’ve used it a decent amount when I need to put him down to do something. it feels nice and secure when he is in there. It is lightweight and overall just a very convenient option. I had looked at other things such as baby loungers, but I like the fact that this feels much more secure and the baby is upright. I just got it so I have not washed it yet but it looks like it is really easy to come off and wash in the washer. I was hesitant to spend this much money on something, but it is definitely worth the money spent. I can’t speak to the knock off ones but if you are debating this purchase, I would say it’s definitely worth it despite the price point.

Our baby has a reflux problem (something she's been struggling with since 3 weeks of age). Laying her down after feeds or at any point causes her to spit up all that she has drunk. I was looking for some tips online and read on mommy blogs that this bouncer really helps with GERD babies. We were a bit hesitant to order it because it was so expensive, but then I saw it on Amazon for a better price and also they were offering $20 off for every $100 you spend on Baby Bjorn items. We took the plunge and ordered it, and could not be happier! There is no assembly required, you pull a lever on the back and lift up the top part and rises up. It's super easy to change the settings (Sleep, Rest and Play, as well as Flat). It folds nice and flat which makes it very convenient to be carried around. We always take this with us when we are visiting friends, it's so light and easy to carry. The wooden toy is pretty cool too- a little on the expensive side but gives baby something to occupy themselves with whilst you do your work. The bouncer looks very nice wherever it goes because it isn't bulky or brightly colored like most baby items, which is a big plus for us! We always get compliments on how it looks!

I made the mistake of buying a rocker for our baby and she quickly outgrew it. In a panic I bought this hoping it would bridge the gap between the rocker she outgrew and whatever she needs in a year or so. This bouncer is awesome. We take it everywhere. It collapses down to almost nothing and it’s very sturdy. The cover comes off and is machine washable which is a huge plus. It takes no effort to bounce so even the baby kicking rocks the thing for her. I wish I knew about this sooner. It’s pricey, but I trust BabyBjorn’s brand (we have the sling also). There is a pretty good locking mechanism for the bouncer and you can adjust the angle 3 different ways. I feel pretty confident she won’t just fall backwards in it. At the lowest angle setting it almost becomes a pseudo bassinet. Pretty nice because the baby effectively rocks herself to sleep sometimes. Big thumbs up.

My son is what is referred to as a velcro baby. He will not let me put him down for even a moment without crying horribly. I spent 2 months unable to make myself food, comb my hair or even shower without him crying his little eyes out. I was exhausted but then...my mother suggested this little bouncer and everything changed! From the moment I put him in the chair he was calm and happy. It's very well made, easy to move from room to room and the cover is machine washable. The design is simple and brilliant. The straps can be put on with only one hand. Super easy to get him in and out. He is 4 months old now and starting to figure out that he can make it bounce. The cover is solid canvas and soft. Thebseems are very strong. It make zero sound while he bounces. I now have a moment here and there to do things around the house while my little man plays in a safe comfy little seat. Highly recommend!

After lots of research, we purchased this when our daughter was around 2 months old. She's turning 2 YEARS old in a couple of weeks and this thing is STILL going strong! Our daughter has always loved this thing. We received those vibrating ones and so on as gifts but our daughter out grew them very quickly and they were 'unnatural' per se. This one is much more natural, mimicking the womb as it bounces naturally without a motor. This benefit also keeps it light and easy to fold and carry. Our daughter uses this to lounge and watch TV or drink her bottle and nap. As she got older, we transfer her from this to her bed after she fell sleep. This cost A LOT of money! It was worth every penny. 2 years in and the quality you pay for is still there. I love how it can be washed so easily; since our daughter uses it often. Now we're expecting our second child and we're going to see if our daughter will share this with her new sibling. Its in good enough condition not to have to buy another one. One more thing - since our daughter is 2 years old - she's a big 2 - the size of a 3 year old; we now have to fold up one of her blankets and put it behind her head. This is because her head is against the railing as she's technically too tall for this. She doesn't care. A little soft blanket-pillow and she still lounges it in like she did as an infant. Her feet are on the floor and she can't get enough of thing thing. This was a fantastic investment. My husband will use his foot to rock her sometimes. Also, since its not bulky I can cuddle next to her on the floor while she's in it. She's too big to be strapped in, but she doesn't want to get out of it anyway for the most part. As a toddler, when she's ready for bed, we know because she will put herself in it and say "ready night night"! The black color is also professionally looking and doesn't make our house look like it has a bunch of baby themed stuff; it's a polished- professional looking style, not with a bunch of baby animals printed on it or something. Additionally, it's not bulky. This thing is just perfect.

Pros: Minimalist design. Quality materials, just a metal frame and a cotton seat. No assembly required. Folds flat for easy storage. There's no obtrusive plastic bits to trip on, break or contribute to clutter. Easy to bounce with hands or feet. Baby can be soothed to sleep or take interest in their surroundings. The fabric seat is easy to take off and replace for washing. Cons: It's expensive. I had to wait for it to go on sale, which wasn't my preferred color. The replacement seats are also expensive, also bought sale. The seats have a very long safety label which kept falling out and creating a slip hazard on our hardwood floors, no matter how much I tried to tuck it back in securely. I cut it off after almost slipping on it while holding the baby.

I love the Baby Bjorn bouncer for several reasons: 1. It is sleek and well designed. The straps securely hold baby in safely. 2. The cotton cover comes of easily and you can just throw it in the washer if it gets dirty. 3. Once baby is old enough, you can flip over the cover and use the bouncer as a chair/seat for your little one. 4. Weight - it is light and you can carry your baby in one arm and the bouncer in the other with no problem. What I didn’t like is that with the seat at the highest angle, when I put my baby in the bouncer, it falls far back to a nearly reclining position. It doesn’t go as far as his bum touching the ground, but in a position for napping instead of sitting. The fabric also faded color quite easily so it’s kind of a reddish dark black faded color now (not a deal breaker though). Despite everything, I would get this again, and I wish I had purchased it sooner when my baby was still tiny and much smaller.
