I have successfully installed a range of electronic devices but couldn't get this one to work. When I contacted their customer service, they said they would call me back within 20-25 minutes (fine) and then directed me to a website that my antivirus characterized as "suspicious" and warned strongly that I not go there. I peaked nonetheless and found that it was a means of providing them with remote access to my device. Upon reading that, I said I wasn't willing to do that ... and then they didn't call me back. Accordingly, there is compelling reason to believe this is a scam seeking to gain remote access to your device. Don't fall for it!!!!

the extender works, so it seems but the installation instructions leave a whole lot to be desired. While it is obvious this is from China, suggest better instructions would be good, and the translation of ON became NO while OFF was fine. A website with better instructions or a video might be good.

The instructions are nearly usless and the print size needs a magnifying glass to read. Really bad. I finally got it to work by hitting buttons, like the monkey with a typewriter who had infinite time. Persistance. They need a video.

Good quality tray. Hopefully it’s non-stick, but it’s a gift for my brother and he will love it!

Allowed me to install outside security cameras.
