This pillow does help my back. However, I've had some difficulty getting it to the right inflated adjustment. I keep trying to get the right one.

I have fractured 2 vertebrae in the lower back. I use this in my recliner and it provides just the right of pressure. It’s easy add air and get just the right fit

Disappointed it really offers little in support. Not comfortable to use. I will go back to my pillow.

I like this pillow because you can adjust the support you need for your back. Comfortable and now I can sit on my couch and my feet will actually touch the ground.

Seems well made. There's an inflatable inner pillow with a sturdy fill nozzle. You can blow it up to your preferred thickness/firmness. The outer pillow cover is an attractive maroon material that's soft, almost velour like. Recommended.
