Actually cut this pipe up and another one (with no muffler fitting) then welded together my own header. Worked and got my muffler placement where needed.

Pipe could be another 1/2” longer coming out of the head before the bend. Fits but needs extended pipe in order to clear the frame. Either 3/4” x 2” EMT or 3/4” x 4” EMT conduit nipple and a 3/4” coupling needed to attach the muffler. I chose the 4”. Also needs a clamp to eliminate vibration because of the length added, to avoid breaking the pipe at the manifold connection.

I liked the pipe when I first got it looked and sounded good gave me a little extra power but the weld between the flange and pipe broke I had to ride several miles home without an exhaust but it was easy for me to fix I just cleaned it up and laid another bead where the old weld broke

Photo 1 shows that how it broke was due to the weld not penetrating the flange what so ever . It immediately had a exhaust leak and then after 1 week of use broke at the flange clean off. Photo 2 shows after I grinded off what was left of the useless weld and welded it up myself properly. Don’t see it ever breaking now. Great exhaust piece if they would just put a stronger weld on it. Reason for 2 stars .

The weld broke in first 30 minutes of riding on flat road, not even trails.

Doesn’t fit in a Baja warrior but the pipe is fineHad to bend it

Fit perfectly on my sons bt200x.I bought the muffler that threads on and wrapped some heat resistant exhaust wrap around it and it’s been a few months now with no issues at all, it clears up a lot of space compared to the stock (lawnmower) exhaust that they come with. And looks way better now, no need to brace it with anything as it doesn’t have any flex or wiggle at all, I was very surprised as I was worried it might bend or come loose.

3rd degree burns all over my left leg from this pipe.I hope this helps someone avoid the same situation I found myself in.
